Totabuanews.com,<\/strong> Kotamobagu – Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Kotamobagu Ir Sande Dodo MT, membantah keras kritikan pedas yang dilayangkan oleh Pihak DPRD Kotamobagu melalui Ishak Sugeha beberapa waktu lalu, yang menduga kalau proyek jalan sampana tidak sesuai bestek.<\/p>\n

\u201cMasalahnya bukan tidak sesuai kontrak seperti apa yang dikatakan oleh pihak DPRD, akan tetapi lagi-lagi faktor alam seperti cuaca hujan yang menjadi salah satu penghambat pekerjaan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Dikatakannya, salah satu contoh adalah drainase di Sampana, yang dituduh tidak sesuai dengan kontrak kerja, justru harus dikerjakan dua kali oleh pihak Kontraktor karena saat baru dibangun, dengan kondisi campuran yang masih basah, lantas dihantam banjir yang diakibatkan hujan yang sangat deras. Hasilnya pasangan batunya jatuh atau ambrok.<\/p>\n

\u201cJustru Kontraktor sendiri yang rugi, karena dia harus bangun baru lagi pasangan batu yang longsor akibat banjir di musim hujan,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
