Forum itu rencananya akan mengangkat tiga tema besar yakni terkait masalah strategis kebangsaan, fikih kontemporer, dan peraturan perundang-undangan. &#8221;Kita diskusikan lebih lanjut mengenai tema masalah strategis kebangsaan, fikih kontemporer, dan peraturan perundang-undangan,&#8221; ujar Wakil Ketua Komisi Fatwa MUI Amin Suma dalam keterangan resminya yang dikutip Jumat (4\/6). Amin lantas merinci tema pertama yang dibahas mengenai masalah strategis kebangsaan. Seperti paham komunisme, khilafah hingga panduan pilpres dan pilkada.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara tema kedua terkait masalah fikih kontemporer. Hal itu meliputi zakat perusahaan dan saham, pernikahan dan perceraian online, pinjol, salam dan doa lintas agama. &#8220;Juga akan membahas transplantasi rahim, ucapan selamat hari raya agama lain, dan pelaksanaan fatwa tajhiz janaiz Covid-19,&#8221; kata dia. Sementara tema terakhir mengenai peraturan perundang-undangan. Komisi Fatwa akan membahas mengenai tata kelola sertifikasi halal, Rancangan Undang-undang (RUU) larangan minuman beralkohol, RUU PIP, KUA sebagai layanan agama-agama serta RUU HMPA. Lebih lanjut, Amin menyampaikan MUI melangsungkan kegiatan tersebut tiap tiga tahun sekali.
