Kapolres Bolmong Wiliam Simanjuntak<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

TOTABUANEWS, Bolmong<\/strong> \u2013 Kapolres Bolmong, AKBP Wiliam Simanjuntak, memiliki pekerjaan rumah (PR) menyelesaikan sejumah kasus yang saat ini sudah dalam tahap penyelidikan. Beberapa kasus yang telah berhasil dibuka oleh kapolres sebelumnya, AKBP Hisar Siallagan diharapakan bisa dilanjutkan dan diselesaikan oleh Simajuntak.<\/p>\n

Hal itu disampaikan Ketua HMI Cabang Bolaang Mongondow Raya (BMR), Eko Satrio Paputungan. Sedikitnya, terdapat lima kasus korupsi yang sudah dalamny penyelidikan oleh Polres Bolmong di antaranya, dugaan kasus korupsi Rp12 miliar di Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Bolmong, dugaan korupsi makan dan minum (MaMI) DPRD Boltim, dugaan korupsi tunjangan aparat pamong desa (TPAPD) tahun 2011 di Pemkab Bolmong, dugaan korupsi pembangunan Pasar Rakyat Tanoyan Rp900 juta, dan penjualan hutan negara di Desa Loyow Kecamatan Nuangan, Boltim.<\/p>\n

Lima kasus tersebut dinilai sebagai kasus besar dan telah ditangani Polres Bolmong sejak lama. Karena itu wajar publik mengharapkan Kapolres Bolmong yang baru ini lebih tegas, dan secepatnya mampu menyelesaikan kasus- kasus tersebut.
\n\u201cTapi kalau tak juga ada kepastian, maka tentunya ini jadi preseden buruk untuk dunia hukum di daerah ini,\u201d kata Paputungan.
\nSebelumnya, Kapolres, AKBP Wiliam Simanjuntak usai acara serah terima jabatan (Sertijab) akhir pekan lalu, mengatakan, sebagai pemimpin baru di Polres Bolmong, ia akan melanjutkan penanganan kasus korupsi yang sudah berjalan sebelumnya.
\n\u201cPenanganan kasus korupsi yang sudah jalan penyelidikan maupun penyidikannya, tetap jalan. Kalau penanganan korupsi kan sudah sistem. Jadi siapa saja pimpinan di polres ini, penyidiknya sudah tahu apa yang harus mereka lakukan,\u201d kata Simanjuntak.<\/p>\n
