TNews, BOLMOMG –\u00a0<\/b>Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Menengah (Diskop-UKM) Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow (Bolmong) berhasil memediasi kisruh yang terjadi di internal Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Perintis di Desa Tanoyan Selatan, Kecamatan Lolayan.<\/p>\n

Dikatakan Kepala Diskop-UKM Ofir Ratu melalui Sekretaris Sofyanto Mamonto, dua belah pihak antara pelapor dan terlapor berhasil dipertemukan dengan kesepakatan kembali melakukan Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT)<\/p>\n

“Hasil rapat mediasi yang dilaksanakan pada 15 September 2021 beberapa waktu lalu serta berdasar hasil penelusuran tim mediator pada data-data yang ada, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan RAT tertanggal 6 Maret 2021 cacat hukum. Sehingga kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk melakukan RAT paling lambat dua pekan sesuai yang ditentukan,” ungkap Sofyanto, Selasa (21\/09\/2021).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dengan hasil kesepakatan yang ada kata dia, pengrus KUD periode 2015-2020 segera mempersiapkan RAT ulang. Hal itu berpedoman pada AD\/ART perubahan KUD Perintis Nomor 140\/KUD.P\/X\/ 1995 tanggal 20 Oktober 1995 dan Permenkop nomor 19 Permenkop Nomor: 19\/PER\/M.KUKM\/IX\/2015 tentang penyelenggaraan RAT.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“Selain itu memfasilitasi pembentukan panitia untuk melaksanakan RAT dengan ketentuan dilaksanakan melalui mekanisme rapat anggota biasa untuk pemilihan panitia,” ujarnya.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Dia menegaskan, hasil kesepakatan bahwa susunan anggota panitia pelaksana RAT terdiri dari ketua, sekretaris bendahara dan bukan anggota pengurus\/pengawas periode sebelumnya.<\/p>\n

“Panitia harus diangkat dari anggota KUD Perintis yang memenuhi syarat administrasi sebagaimana diatur dalam AD\/ART KUD. Juga Pengurus\/Badan Pengawas periode 2015-2020 wajib mempersiapkan dokumen laporan pertanggungjawaban dengan mengacu Permenkop No: 19\/PER\/M.KUKM\/1X\/2015 tentang penyelenggaraan RAT. Pelaksanaan RAT dimaksud senantiasa memperhatikan surat edaran Bupati Bolaang Mongondow Nomor 100\/Setdakab\/02\/ 119\/1X\/2021 dengan protokoler kesehatan secara ketat,” tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Pada mediasi tersebut, Sofyanto menyebut dihadiri Ketua BPD Tanoyan Selatan serta tim mediator Diskop-UKM.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Lanjutnya, objek masalah yang menjadi pokok mediasi adalah diduga pelaksanaan RAT tanggal 6 Maret 2021 adalah cacat hukum karena bertentangan dengan AD\/ ART KUD Perintis dan Peraturan Menteri Koperasi dan UKM.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

“Fakta dan data selama proses mediasi ada dua orang atas nama Sarif Alimudin dan Abdul Moh Ganggai yang dikeluarkan saat rapat karena bertentangan dengan AD\/ART Koperasi Perintis dan buku anggota Koperasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, maka tim mediator berkesimpulan akan merumuskan secara tertulis rekomendasi tindaklanjut pada pengurus KUD Perintis,” pungkas dia.<\/p>\n
