Namun, banyak orang mengonsumsi kafein sebelum berolahraga agar mereka mendapatkan energi tambahan.<\/p>\n<p>Faktanya dalam sebuah penelitian menemukan kalau kandungan kafein yang telah diteliti secara luas sebagai asam ergogenik yang efektif untuk menambahkan energi saat olahraga yang menggunakan kekuatan maupun kardio. Bisa juga bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kekuatan otot, performa lari, hingga meningkatkan fokus pada seseorang.<\/p>\n<p>Artinya, kopi aman dikonsumsi sebelum melakukan olahraga. Lalu, kapan waktu yang tepat untuk mengonsumsinya? Sebagian besar penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kopi bisa diminum sekitar 45-60 menit sebelum berolahraga. Agar kafein yang terdapat pada kopi dapat diserap ke dalam aliran darah, sehingga memaksimalkan efektivitasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Asupan kopi yang tepat dikonsumsi sebelum berolahraga adalah dalam dosis 0,9-2,7 mg. Setara dengan 135-405 mg kafein untuk orang dengan berat badan 68 kilogram.<\/p>\n<p>Karena rata-rata secangkir kopi mengandung sekitar 100 mg kafein, minum 1-2 cangkir (240-475 mL) 45-60 menit sebelum berolahraga akan dengan mudah memberimu cukup kafein. Jangan terlalu banyak asupannya, agar tidak mengalami masalah kesehatan.<\/p>\n<p>Banyak juga yang menyebutkan kalau mengonsumsi kopi sekitar 30 menit sebelum berolahraga, dapat membantu menurunkan lemak lebih cepat.
