TNews, SULUT –<\/strong> Pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara (Sulut) menggelar Rapat Koordinasi dan Evaluasi (Rakorev) Pembangunan dan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan di Hotel Luwansa, Senin (4\/10\/2021).<\/p>\n

Agenda ini sekaitan evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan pembangunan di daerah khususnya program penanggulangan kemiskinan.<\/p>\n

Mewakili Gubernur\u00a0Olly Dondokambey, Asisten III Bidang Administrasi Umum Setdaprov Sulut Asiano Gemmy Kawatu mengatakan pelaksanaan rakorev merupakan wujud nyata dari komitmen bersama.<\/p>\n

Sekaligus terus bekerja dan memberikan karya terbaik bagi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat di daerah bumi nyiur melambai.<\/p>\n

\u201cTerlebih khusus guna melanjutkan itikad baik kita dalam menanggulangi, mengurangi dan mengentaskan kemiskinan di Sulut,\u201d ujar Asisten III membawakan sambutan gubernur.<\/p>\n

Gemmy Kawatu menjelaskan fenomena yang terjadi saat ini, dimana terpaan pandemi Covid-19 membuat peningkatan jumlah masyarakat miskin di banyak daerah.<\/p>\n

Namun yang patut disyukuri, lanjut dia, konsistensi program Gubernur Olly Dondokambey dan Wakil Steven Kandouw melalui Operasi Daerah Selesaikan Kemiskinan (ODSK) dibarengi berbagai inovasi membuat angka kemiskinan di Sulut menurun.<\/p>\n

Diketahui, persentase penduduk miskin di Sulut pada Maret 2021 mencapai 7,77 persen, atau turun 0,01 persen dibandingkan pada bulan September 2020, yakni 7,78 persen, yang menjadikan persentase penduduk miskin di Sulawesi Utara masih yang paling rendah se-Sulawesi.<\/p>\n

\u201cApa yang telah kita torehkan, tentunya berkat semangat dan kerja keras kita bersama. Olehnya itu kedepannya, kita harus tetap semangat bekerja keras dan terus bersinergi. Masyarakat miskin di Sulut masih ada, dan menjadi tanggung jawab kita untuk menanggulangi dan menguranginya,\u201d terang Asisten III.<\/p>\n

Ia menyebut, setiap perangkat daerah harus senantiasa satu pemahaman dalam bentuk sinkronikasi dan sinergitas dalam menjalankan program upaya menekan angka kemiskinan.<\/p>\n

\u201cTerkait hal ini, diperlukan Rencana Penanggulangan Kemiskinan Daerah yaitu Rencana Kebijakan Pembangunan Daerah di bidang Penanggulangan Kemiskinan untuk periode 5 tahun dan dilakukan secara berkala setiap tahun, yang saat ini ada dalam periode 2021-2026,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n

\u201cUntuk itu, saya berharap kepada perangkat daerah untuk dapat memperhatikan indikator-indikator penanggulangan kemiskinan, baik yang ada dalam RPJMD, SPKD ODSK, maupun dalam RAD Sustainable Development Goals, serta segera merencanakan dan melaksanakan program dan kegiatan untuk mencapai target-target sebagaimana yang ditentukan,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Rakorev yang digelar secara hybrid dihadiri secara langsung Asisten I Setdaprov Sulut Denny Mangala, Tim Ahli Penangulangan Kemiskinan Provinsi Sulut, para Kepala Bappeda\/Bapelitbangda se-Sulut serta para bupati\/walikota se-Sulut yang mengikuti kegiatan secara virtual.<\/p>\n
