Bahkan, baru diangka 50.44 persen.<\/p>\n<p>Masyarakat pun diimbau untuk segera membayar pajak PBB-P2 sebelum berakhirnya tahun anggaran 2021. Sehingga tidak terjadi penumpukan diakhir tahun.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, bagi masyarakat yang mengeluhkan besaran nilai pajak yang harus dibayarkan diberi kesempatan untuk melakukan komplain<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Bidang Pendataan dan Pendaftaran BPKD Kotamobagu Risman Masloman, Badan Pengelola Keuangan Daerah (BPKD) Kotamobagu masih membuka ruang untuk melakukan komplain.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKami sampai hari ini masih tetap melayani komplain terkait nilai pajak PBB masyarakat,\u201d kata Risman.<\/p>\n<p>Risman menjelaskan, meski komplain diajukan tapi tidak serta merta disetujui. Dimana, nanti BPKD akan menurunkan tim untuk melihat langsung ke lapangan.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, BPKD sampai saat ini masih melayani komplain secara perseorangan dan bukan kolektif. Untuk kolektif sudah diusulkan oleh desa\/kelurahan pada April 2021 lalu, imbuhnya.<\/p>\n<p>Risman menambahkan, besaran PBB yang dibayarkan mengacu pada Peraturan Daerah.
