TNews , Boltim <\/strong>– Bupati Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim) Sam Sachrul Mamonto S Sos, Jumat (29\/10), menerima kunjungan silaturahmi Ketua Pengadilan Tinggi (KPT) Sulawesi Utara (Sulut) DR H Lexsy Mamonto SH MH, didampingi Ketua Pengadilan Negeri Kotamobagu YM Andri Sufari SH M Hum dan rombongan. Kunjungan tersebut sekaligus meninjau lokasi rencana pembangunan gedung Pengadilan Negeri Boltim.<\/p>\n

Ketua PT sulut bersama rombongan tiba di rumah jabatan Bupati di Tutuyan usai Sholat Jumat. Setelah jamuan makan siang oleh Bupati, Ketua PT Sulut didampingi Bupati Boltim menuju ke lokasi dimana akan dibangun Pengadilan Negeri Boltim.<\/p>\n

Melihat di lokasi tepatnya di Jalur dua Tutuyan, Ketua PT Sulut mengatakan bahwa lokasi tersebut sangat strategis untuk dibangun gedung perkantoran.<\/p>\n

“Tanahnya luas dan rata. Lokasinya juga berada di pinggir jalan. Ini sangat strategis,” puji Ketua PT Sulut.<\/p>\n

Ia berharap agar segala persyaratan pembangunan gedung PN Boltim segera rampung.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Bupati Boltim memberi ucapan terima kasih kepada Ketua PT Sulut karena telah meluangkan waktu untuk datang berkunjung ke Boltim. Bupati menjelaskan bahwa lahan rencana pembangunan gedung PN Boltim berdekatan dengan lahan milik Polres Boltim.<\/p>\n

“Jadi Mapolres Boltim dan Pengadilan Negeri berdekatan. Sedangkan untuk jalan nantinya akan kita buat jalan lingkar dua jalur di lokasi ini,” Terang Bupati seraya memperlihatkan denah lokasi yang dipajang di tempat tersebut.<\/p>\n

Menurut Bupati, apabila Boltim sudah memiliki Pengadilan Negeri sendiri, maka proses penyelesaian perkara pidana maupun perdata di Boltim akan lebih cepat.<\/p>\n
