TNews, KOTAMOBAGU<\/strong> \u2013\u00a0 Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda)\u00a0 Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Kotamobagu (KK), Selasa (2\/11\/2021), menggelar Rapat Dengar Pendapat (RDP) bersama\u00a0 beberapa SKPD dilingkup Pemkot Kotamobagu. Guna,\u00a0 melakukan finalisasi pembahas Rancangan\u00a0 Peraturan Daerah (Ranperda) tentang Retribusi Pemakaian Kekayaan Daerah.<\/p>\n

Agenda ini dipimpin\u00a0 Ketua Bapemperda Beggie Ch Gobbel di dampingi dua tenaga ahli yakni Ishak R. Sugeha dan Yudi Lantong.<\/p>\n

Menurut Beggie, kegiatan ini mereka lakukan setelah sebelumnya sudah di laksanakan konsultasi publik yang melibatkan pemangku\u00a0 kepentingan.<\/p>\n

\u201cPada kegiatan konsultasi publik melibatkan pemangku kepentingan karena selama pembahasan hanya antara DPRD dan pihak Pemerintah maka di lakukanlah konsultasi publik sekitar satu setengah bulan yang lalu dan masa konsultasi publik itu kita final kan tadi,\u201d ujar Beggie.<\/p>\n

Langkah selanjutnya kata Beggie, akan dibawah ke Gubernur Biro Hukum Sekertariat Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. \u201cInsya allah siap di seberangkan ke Biro Hukum Setprov Sulut dan insha allah barokah dan bermanfaat untuk Daerah jika jadi Perda,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
