50 g bayam\/sawi rebus, iris halus<\/p>\n

1 buah cabe merah besar, buang bijinya, potong-potong<\/p>\n

50 g keju cheddar parut<\/p>\n

Cara Membuat Egg Muffin ala Amerika:<\/p>\n

Siapkan loyang muffin 6 lubang, semir dengan sedikit minyak atau mentega bagian dalamnya.<\/p>\n

Kocok telur hingga tercampur rata dan berbuih halus.<\/p>\n

Tambahkan susu, merica, garam, kocok rata.<\/p>\n

Masukkan daging asap, bayam, cabe dan keju lalu aduk rata.<\/p>\n

Tuangkan ke dalam lubang loyang muffin.<\/p>\n

Panggang dalam oven panas 189 C selama 20 menit.<\/p>\n

Angkat, keluarkan dari loyang dan sajikan hangat.<\/p>\n

  1. Saat mengocok telur untuk egg muffin, pastikan telur sudah tercampur rata dan berbuih halus permukaannya agar teksturnya halus.<\/li>\n
