Umat muslim dianjurkan tidak bersikap israf yakni berlebihan saat makan dan minum.<\/p>\n<p>Berlebihan saat makan dan minum akan memberikan dampak buruk bagi kesehatan. Di samping itu, bagi umat muslim, berlebihan pada makanan dan minuman juga termasuk akhlak yang buruk.<\/p>\n<p>Oleh karenanya Allah SWT melarang umat Muslim untuk bersikap israf yakni berlebihan dalam urusan makan dan minum. Dilansir dari MUI (18\/1) dalam kitab Mu&#8217;jam Alf\u00e2z Al-Qur&#8217;\u00e2n Al-Kar\u00eem karya Muhammad &#8216;Ali an-Najj\u00e2r tercatat bahwa lafaz al-isr\u00e2f (sikap berlebihan) disebutkan sebanyak 23 kali dalam Al-Qur&#8217;an.<\/p>\n<p>Lafazh al-isr\u00e2f sendiri di dalam Al-Qur&#8217;an selalu disebutkan untuk merujuk pada konteks negatif dan terlarang dengan makna yang berkisar keluar dari batas keseimbangan. Sikap tersebut bisa dalam bentuk apa saja, termasuk soal makanan.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini sebagaimana firman Allah SWT dalam surat Al Araf ayat 31:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Wahai anak cucu Adam! Pakailah pakaianmu yang bagus pada setiap (memasuki) masjid, makan dan minumlah, tetapi jangan berlebihan. Sungguh, Allah tidak menyukai orang yang berlebih-lebihan.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Ibnu &#8216;\u00c2sy\u00fbr berpendapat dalam kitabnya at-Tahr\u00eer wat-Tanw\u00eer, ayat di atas terdapat prinsip-prinsip pemeliharaan kesehatan, khususnya mengenai makanan. Perintah di atas berupa anjuran dan tuntunan untuk tidak berlebihan dalam makan dan minum, bukan sebagai bentuk pengharaman.<\/p>\n<p>Dengan adanya surah ini, Muslim dianjurkan untuk mengonsumsi makanan secara seimbang atau secukupnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam surat Al-A&#8217;r\u0101f ayat 7 juga disebutkan untuk berlaku adil dalam hal apapun. &#8220;Katakanlah, &#8220;Tuhanku menyuruhku berlaku adil&#8230;.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Pesan yang tersirat dalam surat Al Araf yaitu makan dan minum terlalu sedikit atau banyak, dapat berpengaruh pada kesehatan seseorang. Jadi sebaiknya mengonsumsi makanan dalam porsi secukupnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam hadis Miqdam bin Ma&#8217;dikarib yang diriwayatkan Imam Tirmidzi, Rasulullah SAW bersabda:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tiada tempat yang paling buruk yang dipenuhi oleh manusia daripada perutnya. Cukup bagi anak Adam beberapa suap saja untuk menegakkan tulang belakangnya. Jika tidak, maka sepertiga (dari perutnya) untuk makanannya, sepertiga lagi untuk air, minumannya dan sepertiga lagi untuk nafasnya.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Dalam hadist yang diriwayatkan Imam Tirmidzi ini dijelaskan bahwa Rasulullah SAW mengajarkan untuk mengisi perut dengan sepertiga makanan, sepertiga minuman, dan sepertiga lagi udara. Inilah yang paling mendatangkan manfaat untuk tubuh dan hati.<\/p>\n<p>Dijelaskan juga bahwa salah satu sikap israf adalah keinginan untuk menuruti nafsu makannya. Rasulullah SAW bersabda:<\/p>\n<p>Diriwayatkan dari Anas Malik RA, Rasulullah SAW bersabda, &#8220;Salah satu ciri berlebihan (al-isr\u0101f) Anda makan setiap yang Anda inginkan.&#8221; (HR Ibnu M\u00e2jah No 3345 dari Anas bin M\u00e2lik).<\/p>\n<p>Sikap berlebihan ini bukan hanya pada makanan, termasuk di dalamnya yakni berlebihan saat berinfak. Seperti yang tercantum dalam surah Al Furqan ayat 67.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Dan (termasuk hamba-hamba Tuhan Yang Maha Pengasih) orang-orang yang apabila menginfakkan (harta), mereka tidak berlebihan, dan tidak (pula) kikir, di antara keduanya secara wajar.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Sumber : detik.com<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TNews, KULINER &#8211; Apapun yang berlebihan pastilah berdampak negatif, termasuk soal makan dan minum.
