Kuning telur juga kaya akan folat, B12, dan omega-3.<\/p>\n<p>Kuning telur juga disebutkan dapat mengurangi gangguan pencernaan dan bahkan mengurangi risiko masalah penglihatan. Oleh karenanya Nnami merekomendasikan telur sebagai menu sarapan yang baik.<\/p>\n<p>Kalau ingin sarapan kaya zat besi dan vitamin, kamu bisa memadukan telur dengan bawang putih dan tomat.
