TNews, SULUT – <\/strong>Senator RI Dr Maya Rumantir MA PhD, Senin (21\/3\/2022) menggelar Sosialisasi Empat Pilah Kebangsaan kepada siswa-siswi SMK Ichthus dan masyarakat Jika Mapanget Barat, Kita Manado.<\/p>\n

Dalam pemaparan materinya, Senator Maya Rumantir pentingnya pemahaman serta implementasi nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam empat pilar kebangsaan tersebut, yaitu Pancasila, UUD Negara Republik Indonesia (NRI) 1945, Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) dan Bhineka Tunggal Ika.<\/p>\n

Menurut Anggota Komite III Dewan Perwakilan Daerah Republik Indonesia (DPD RI) ini, dalam hal implementasi nilai-nilai empat pilar kebangsaan tersebut, dibutuhkan kesadaran yang tinggi dari seluruh lapisan masyarakat, teristimewa generasi muda yang masih menjalani proses pendidikan di sekolah.<\/p>\n

\u201cDari segi usia, kondisi fisik dan emosional, generasi muda memiliki rentang waktu yang masih panjang untuk berkarya dengan rupa-rupa talenta. Maka dari itu saya sangat berharap generasi muda dapat memiliki karakter dan jati diri anak bangsa yang bersinar,\u201d ungkap Senator Maya Rumantir.<\/p>\n

Ditambahkannya, sebagai dasar negara, Pancasila merupakan dasar dari kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara, dimana dalam implementasinya dijabarkan dalam Undang Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia 1945 dan dilaksanakan seluruh rakyat dalam bingkai dan semangat Negara Kesatuan Indonesia, dimana meski terdapat perbedaan suku, agama dan ras, semuanya diikat dalam semboyan Bhineka Tunggal Ika yang artinya berbeda-beda tetapi tetap satu.<\/p>\n

\u201cMenyikapi dinamika kehidupan berbangsa saat ini, bukan rahasia lagi ada oknum-oknum tertentu dengan paham radikal mulai dan sedang menggerogoti anak-anak bangsa sendiri. Dampaknya sudah bisa dilihat dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, dimana gerakan terorisme dan sikap-sikap intoleransi menjadi ancaman keutuhan NKRI,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n

Bagi Senator Maya Rumantir sendiri, disinilah peran semua elemen bangsa khususnya para orangtua untuk menjaga anak-anaknya dan memberikan teladan hidup yang baik.<\/p>\n

Ia berharap visi Indonesia Bersinar (bersaksi dengan benar, bersih narkoba, bersih dan benar) sungguh-sungguh menjadi karakter pribadi para generasi muda.<\/p>\n

Dengan demikian, Indonesia nantinya akan bebas dari paham-paham radikal, korupsi, narkoba serta praktek-praktek yang hanya merugikan bangsa sendiri.<\/p>\n

Pada pertemuan yang dilaksanakan di Pendopo Rumah Adat Koka, sosialisasi tersebut juga dihadiri oleh Lurah setempat Steven Pongoh, perwakilan masyarakat, Jemaat GBI Kasih Karunia, sejumlah Penatua dan Diaken GMIM Imanuel Koka.<\/p>\n

Sebagai pemerintah setempat, Lurah Steven Pongoh memberikan apresiasi atas digelarnya acara Sosialisasi Empat Pilar Kebangsaan tersebut.<\/p>\n

\u201cMenurut saya ini sangat penting untuk diikuti oleh masyarakat, meskipun dahulu sudah pernah belajar di sekolah sekian tahun. Namun setidaknya dengan kegiatan ini, pemahaman kita disegarkan kembali tentang pentingnya empat pilah kebangsaan itu sendiri dalam kehidupan sehari-hari,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n
