Manfaat teh diantaranya sebagai penangkal radikal bebas, anti-aging, menurunkan kolesterol, hingga memberi efek relaksasi.<\/p>\n<p>Akan tetapi, manfaat baik dari mengonsumsi teh itu bisa berkurang bahkan hilang karena kesalahan minum teh. Kesalahan minum teh ini membuat teh menjadi tidak sehat dan dapat memicu berbagai penyakit.<\/p>\n<p>Kesalahan minum teh yang tidak sehat dapat disebabkan oleh proses pengolahan yang kurang tepat atau terlalu banyak memakai bahan tambahan.<\/p>\n<p>Berikut beberapa kesalahan minum teh yang bisa picu penyakit.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Menambahkan banyak gula<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Minum teh yang diseduh hanya memakai air hangat dinilai lebih sehat dikonsumsi karena bebas campuran tambahan.<\/p>\n<p>Namun sebaliknya, jika teh ditambah dengan banyak gula atau krimer, khasiatnya justru bakal berkurang drastis.<\/p>\n<p>Selain meningkatkan kadar kalori pada tubuh, konsumsi gula tinggi dapat memicu penyakit seperti obesitas, diabetes, hingga jantung.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Air terlalu panas<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Suhu air untuk menyeduh teh dapat mempengaruhi rasa dan kandungan teh. Saat teh diseduh dengan air terlalu panas maka rasanya menjadi pahit. Apabila airnya kurang panas, daun teh tidak akan terekstrasi dengan baik.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk jenis teh hitam sebaiknya gunakan air panas bersuhu 100 derajat celcius, teh oolong 80-90 derajat celcius dan teh hijau 90 derajat celcius.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Tidak memakai air bersih<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>kesalahan minum teh yang dapat memicu penyakit bisa disebabkan oleh pemakaian air yang kurang bersih dan tidak higienis.<\/p>\n<p>Misalnya, memakai air keran langsung dimasak tanpa disaring. Kandungan air tersebut rentan menyimpan zat asing yang bisa mengubah rasa teh jadi pahit dan berbahaya untuk tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelum menyeduh teh, pastikan Anda menggunakan air bersih atau air suling (distilled water) karena sudah melalui tahap penyaringan.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Teh diseduh sebentar<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Menyeduh teh dalam air terlalu sebentar tidak akan mengekstrak senyawa kimia di dalam teh dengan baik.<\/p>\n<p>Begitu juga sebaliknya, teh diseduh terlalu lama justru bisa menghilangkan senyawa baik sekaligus kadar kafein berkurang.<\/p>\n<p>Jenis teh hitam sebaiknya diseduh selama 4-5 menit, teh hijau dan oolong cukup 3 menit, dan teh putih 4 menit.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><strong> Diminum setelah makan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Teh memiliki fungsi untuk mendetoks racun atau zat pengawet yang terkandung dalam makanan.<\/p>\n<p>Tapi, minum teh setelah makan dapat mengacaukan penyerapan zat gizi dalam tubuh karena asam fitat yang berperan menghambat penyerapan zat besi dan protein dari makanan.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mencegah dampak buruk akibat teh, disarankan meminumnya satu jam sebelum makan daripada sesudah makan.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><strong> Kantong teh direndam terlalu lama<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Merendam teh celup lebih dari tiga menit bisa membuat teh kehilangan nutrisinya bahkan berubah menjadi racun.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Cup Above Tea, partikel pada kantong teh ini dapat terjatuh, kemudian larut dalam teh yang akan dikonsumsi.<\/p>\n<p>Apabila dibiarkan terlalu lama, teh menjadi lebih kental bahkan berisiko mengganggu fungsi ginjal hingga merusak cita rasa.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><strong> Daun teh direndam dalam teko<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Jenis teh serbuk yang diseduh lalu dibiarkan terendam lama dalam teko juga termasuk kesalahan minum teh.<\/p>\n<p>Jika Anda menggunakan teko teh, pastikan menyaring terlebih dulu setelah diseduh sampai daunnya terpisah dengan air.<\/p>\n<p>Terlalu lama merendam serbuk teh dalam air hanya akan menimbulkan rasa pahit dan mengubah teksturnya menjadi kental.<\/p>\n<p>Itulah kesalahan minum teh yang bisa picu penyakit.
