{"id":118257,"date":"2022-04-22T19:36:03","date_gmt":"2022-04-22T11:36:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=118257"},"modified":"2022-04-22T19:36:36","modified_gmt":"2022-04-22T11:36:36","slug":"asn-boltim-dilarang-mudik-pakai-kendaraan-dinas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=118257","title":{"rendered":"ASN Boltim Dilarang Mudik Pakai Kendaraan Dinas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TNews, BOLTIM &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong> Pemerintah telah memberikan izin bagi masyarakat tidak terkecuali aparatur sipil negara (ASN) untuk dapat melakukan perjalanan mudik ke kampung halaman saat lebaran.<\/p>\n<p>Namun demikian, Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (PANRB) melarang ASN yang hendak melaksanakan mudik lebaran tahun ini menggunakan mobil dinas.<\/p>\n<p>Hal tersebut tertuang dalam Surat Edaran (SE) Menteri PANRB No. 13\/2022 tentang Cuti Pegawai Negeri Sipil Negara Selama Periode Hari Libur Nasional dan Cuti Bersama Hari Raya Idulfitri 1443 Hijriah.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam edaran yang ditandatangani Menteri PANRB Tjahjo Kumolo pada 13 April ini, disebutkan para Pejabat Pembina Kepegawaian (PPK) di masing-masing instansi pemerintah agar memastikan seluruh pejabat serta pegawai, tidak menggunakan kendaraan dinas untuk kepentingan mudik, berlibur, ataupun kepentingan lainnya di luar kepentingan dinas.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu dalam SE juga tertulis para PPK dapat memberikan cuti tahunan kepada ASN di instansinya pada saat sebelum atau sesudah periode hari libur nasional dan cuti bersama Hari Raya Idulfitri 1443 Hijriah. Namun demikian cuti tahunan diberikan dengan mempertimbangkan beban kerja, sifat, dan karakteristik tugas serta jumlah pegawai di masing-masing instansi.<\/p>\n<p>Menyikapi Hal tersebut, Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKSPDM) Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim) Rezha Mamonto mengatakan, agar seluruh Kepala SKPD serta ASN di unit kerja masing-masing agar tidak menggunakan kendaraan dinas untuk kepentingan mudik dan libur ataupun kepentingan lain diluar kepentingan dinas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPegawai aparatur sipil negara yang tidak mematuhi ketentuan-ketentuan dalam surat edaran ini, maka akan dijatuhkan hukuman disiplin sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku bahkan pemotongan tunjangan kjinerja daerah (TKD), \u201c
