ADVERTORIAL, BOLTIM –<\/strong> Bupati kabupaten bolaang mongondow timur ( Boltim) Sam Sachrul Mamonto (SSM) memimpin apel perdana usai libur lebaran 1443 Hijriah. Senin 9 Mei 2022. di lapangan gogaluman tutuyan.<\/p>\n

Dalam kesempatannya, top eksekutif di negeri seribu danau tetaebut mengatakan, agar usai libur panjang kemarin ASN boltim harus memulai aktivitas dengan semangat.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

\u201cPada lebaran Idul Fitri, ASN telah banyak mendapatkan kemudahan yang diberikan oleh pemerintah, mulai Tunjangan Hari Raya (THR) maupun tunjangan kinerja sebesar 50 persen. Oleh karena itu sudah sepantasnya ASN benar-benar melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik, \u201c ungkap SSM<\/p>\n

Dikatan SSM, selama ia menjabat sebagai bupati kurang lebih setahun ia melihat dibeberapa SKPD masih ada ASN yang tidak profesional dalam melaksanakan tugas. \u201cMental-mental seperti ini boleh ada lagi. Belajarlah dari Ramadan yang kita laksanakan beberapa waktu lalu.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

Yang artinya, perbaiki semua sikap dan mentalitas. Yang belum baik harus diperbaiki bahkan yang sudah baik harus lebih tingkatkan lagi. Itu yang paling penting diterapkan oleh ASN, \u201c tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Bupati juga menambahkan, setelah selesai dari apel ini kepada ASN dilingkungan Pemerintah Boltim mari sama-sama bersilaturahmi.
\n\u201cMari ciptakan lingkungan kantor yang baik dan suasana kerja yang baik, \u201c imbuhnya.<\/p>\n

Diakhir sambutan bupati mengucapkan selamat idul fitri dan menyampaikan permohonan maaf baik selaku kepala daerah maupun atas nama pribadi.<\/p>\n

\u201cSaya memohon maaf lahir dan batin. Apabila dalam setahun kepemimpinan saya ada sesuatu atau ucapan yang menyinggung bapak ibu itu adalah manusiawi. Mari kita sama-sama memaafkan dan mengikhlaskan. Jangan kita menyimpan dendam. Karena dendam adalah sesuatu yang berat kita pikul, \u201c ucapnya.<\/p>\n

Pada kesempatan itu juga Bupati Sam Sachrul Mamonto menyerahkan SK pensiun kepada dua ASN dilingkungan Pemkab Boltim yang masuk purna bakti.<\/p>\n

Diketahui, dalam apel perdana tersebut dihadiri Wakil Bupati Oskar Manoppo, Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Sonny Warokka, para Asisten, kepala SKPD, Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), Sangadi dan seluruh perangkat desa dilingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Boltim.<\/p>\n
