TNews, GORONTALO – <\/strong>Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati Gorontalo) menyita ratusan unit septik tank di 17 desa di Kabupaten Pohuwato. Septik tank yang disita itu merupakan barang bukti dugaan kasus korupsi kegiatan pembangunan septik tank bagi Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) senilai Rp8,7 miliar.<\/p>\n

Ratusan septik tank yang disita itu berada di halaman rumah warga. Disinyalir barang-barang tersebut merupakan bagian dari pekerjaan yang belum tuntas. Selain itu ada pula beberapa septik tank yang sudah berada di dalam tanah digali kembali. Saat digali ditemukan bila instansi pipa untuk pembuangan belum terpasang.<\/p>\n

Diduga pelaksana tidak serius dalam melaksanakan proyek tersebut. Padahal, proyek ini merupakan program kegiatan pengelolaan dan pengembangan sistem air limbah melalui pembangunan septic tank bagi Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM) di Pohuwato.<\/p>\n

Kepala Seksi Penerangan Hukum Muhammad Kasad, mengatakan penyegelan septic tank dimulai pada siang sampai hingga malam, Rabu (18\/05\/2022). KSM yang menerima proyek septik tank tersebar di 17 desa di beberapa kecamatan di Kabupaten Pohuwato.<\/p>\n

\u201cPenyegelan Septic Tank ini dilakukan guna mengamankan barang bukti dan alat bukti lain,\u00a0 dalam dugaan korupsi proyek pembangunan septic tank bagi KSM Pohuwato tahun anggaran 2021,\u201d ungkap Muhammad Kasad, Rabu malam (18\/05\/2022)<\/p>\n

Muhammad Kasad memaparkan, proyek septik tank dianggarkan 2021 oleh Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman, Kabupaten Pohuwato. Setiap desa mendapatkan jatah proyek sebanyak sepuluh unit hingga lebih.<\/p>\n

\u201cSelain mengamankan dokumen penting saat penggeledahan di kantor Dinas Perkim, kami juga sudah mengamankan barang bukti seperti\u00a0 Septic Tank. Selanjutnya barang bukti ini akan dilakukan pengembangan terhadap beberapa pihak yang diduga terlibat dalam kasus ini,\u201d papar Mohammad<\/p>\n

Saat ini belum ada penetapan sebagai tersangka proyek dugaan korupsi 8,7 Miliar itu. Kejati masih terus dilakukan pengembangan terhadap yang terlibat.<\/p>\n

\u201cKalau tersangka belum ada, kalau sudah ada penetapan tersangka nanti kami infokan,\u201d tutup Muhammad Kasad.<\/p>\n
