ADVERTORIAL, BOLMONG \u2013<\/strong> Pj Bupati Bolmong Limi Mokodompit memimpin Rapat Koordinasi (Rakor) untuk membahas rencana investasi PT. Kawasan Industri Mongondow (KIMONG), Kamis 23 Juli 2022.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rakor tersebut dilaksanakan di ruang rapat lantai II Kantor Bupati di Lolak, dihadiri langsung pihak pengembang PT. KIMONG, sejumlah OPD Pemprov Sulawesi Utara (Sulut), dan OPS terkait Pemkab Bolmong.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dengan adanya keseriusan dari Pemkab Bolmong hadirnya investasi triliunan rupiah di bumi Totabuan makin pasti, dan selangkah lagi akan beroperasi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pj Bupati Bolmong Limi Mokodompit mengatakan Rakor kali ini dilaksanakan agar investasi KIMONG tetap berjalan sesuai harapan. <\/span>\u201cHarapan saya juga kepada masyarakat untuk ikut mengawal dan mendorong agar investasi berjalan dengan baik,\u201d ungkap Limi saat diwawancarai sejumlah wartawan usai Rakor bersama PT. KIMONG.<\/span><\/p>\n

Limi menjelaskan, hadirnya PT. KIMONG di Bolmong nantinya akan memberikan efek kepada masyarakat, selain itu juga ekonomi dan pendapatan masyarakat akan meningkat.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bahkan Limi makin yakin sebab selangkah lagi PT. KIMONG akan beroperasi karena semua jenis perizinan sudah dirampungkan. <\/span>\u201cTinggal menunggu Amdal. Begitupun investor semua sudah siap tinggal bagaimana kesiapan izin yang dianggap tinggal tahap perampungan,\u201d ujarnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Staf ahli Bappeda Provinsi Prof. DR. Ir.\u00a0 Rene Charles Kepel, DEA mengatakan, untuk perizinan sudah disampaikan oleh pihak investor ada PMDM.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lanjut Rene Charles, sudah ada 160 miliar realisasi investasi dalam negeri yang masuk dari total investasi Rp 2 triliun. <\/span>\u201cProses perizinan PT. KIMONG sudah berjalan kurang lebih dua tahun. Sehingga akan dipercepat,\u201d beber Charles.<\/span><\/p>\n

Berdasarkan rencana dari pengembang, jenis usaha yang akan dimulai yakni daur ulang plastik. Namun ada juga beberapa jenis usaha lainnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sebelumnya pada rapat bersama dengan Kementerian Investasi BKPM dengan Pemkab Bolmong di Hotel Four Point By Sheraton Manado, Bupati Bolmong Yasti Soepredjo Mokoagow didampingi Sekretaris Daerah Tahlis Gallang bersama beberapa OPD sudah membahas percepatan masuknya PT. KIMONG.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rapat tersebut terkait koordinasi persetujuan kesesuaian kegiatan pemanfaatan ruang (PKKPR) PT. KIMONG, dipimpin Deputi Bidang Pengendalian Penanaman Modal Imam Soejoedi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bupati Bolmong Yasti Soepredjo Mokoagow mengatakan, Pemerintah daerah memberikan peluang sebesar-besarnya bagi investor bersama PT. KIMONG. <\/span>\u201cPemerintah kabupaten sudah menyetujui usulan dari PT. KIMONG terkait dengan lahan. Tinggal dari pihak perusahaan mempercepat proses perizinan lainnya yang belum selesai,\u201d kata Yasti beberapa waktu lalu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Deputi Bidang Pengendalian Penanaman Modal Kementerian Investasi BKPM Imam Soejoedi memberikan target kepada pihak perusahaan paling lambat akhir April tuntas. <\/span>\u201cTidak ada kendalanya, tinggal dari pihak perusahaan mempercepat proses perizinannya. Masuk di bulan Mei sudah tuntas semuanya,\u201d ucap Deputi Bidang Pengendalian Penanaman Modal Kementerian Investasi BKPM Imam Soejoedi.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pada pertemuan itu diketahui, hadir bersama Direktur Bina Perencanaan Tata Ruang Wilayah II, Kementerian ATR, Direktur Sinkronisasi Pemanfaatan Ruang Kementerian ATR, PT. KIMONG dan beberapa instansi terkait lainnya. Rakor diakhiri dengan penandatanganan berita acara hasil PKPR.<\/span><\/p>\n
