TNews, Minut -Bupati Minahasa Utara Joune J. E. Ganda, SE. M.A.P ternyata menaruh harapan yang besar terhadap pengembangan diri dan potensi Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di Minut, terutama jebolan Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN) yang saat ini sedang mengabdi di bumi Tonsea bagian Selatan (Minut-red).
\nBupati secara gamblang mendukung jebolan Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN), untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan skill, dengan melanjutkan sekolah ke luar negeri yang budaya kerja kuat, tingkat korupsi rendah dan toleransinya juga bagus.
\nHal ini senada yang disampaikan Menteri Dalam Negeri Tito Karnavian, usai mewisuda 2.067 lulusan IPDN di Kampus Jatinangor Sumedang Jawa Barat, Kamis 28 Juli 2022.
\nUntuk mengubah mindset para ASN, para lulusan IPDN didorong Mendagri, untuk melanjutkan ke jenjang strata dua dan strata tiga di luar negeri, dengan memanfaatkan program beasiswa Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan (LPDP) Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia.
\nMerasa menjadi bagian dari IPDN, Bupati Joune Ganda yang adalah penerima penghargaan Bintang Asta Brata dari IPDN pada tahun 2021 bahkan mengatakan, pendidikan itu penting dan utama dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan ASN. Sehingga dirinya mendorong ASN Minahasa Utara untuk kompetitif, inovatif, kolaboratif, adaptif, kompeten, loyal, dan berorientasi pelayan, serta paling penting tidak bermental koruptif.
\nGanda juga mendorong semua ASN di Minahasa Utara, untuk berpikir maju, dan kembangkan pengetahuan, kompetensi dan keahlian, dan memiliki kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan mental dan spiritual, untuk masuk pada era smart industry Four Point Zero yang dikenal Cyber Physical System (CPS) atau kolaborasi antara teknologi siber dengan teknologi otomatisasi.
