Yogi P Ternyata Dibunuh, Mayat Yang Mengapung di Sungai Barumun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TNews, LABUSEL<\/strong> \u2013 Misteri penemuan sesosok mayat pria muda yang mengapung di Sungai Barumun beberapa waktu lalu akhirnya menemukan titik terang.<\/p>\n<p>Korban yang diidentifikasi bernama Yogi Putra yang merupakan warga Cikampak, Desa Aek Batu Kecamatan Torgamba kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan tersebut diduga menjadi korban pembunuhan.<\/p>\n<p>Tiga hari pasca kejadian tersebut, Kepolisian pun bergerak cepat melakukan penangkapan terhadap pelaku pembunuhan terhadap korban.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BACA JUGA :<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/etalase\/lima-hari-menghilang-yogi-p-ditemukan-sudah-tak-bernyawa-di-sungai-berumun-kotapinang\/\">Lima Hari Menghilang, Yogi P Ditemukan Sudah tak Bernyawa di Sungai Berumun Kotapinan<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Kapolsekta Kotapinang\u00a0 kabupaten Labuhanbatu selatan Kompol Bambang G\u00a0 Gunanti Hutabarat S.H M.H mengatakan adapun pelaku pembunuhan yang berhasil diringkus pihaknya adalah Heriansyah Nasution alias Heri yang merupakan warga Desa Asam Jawa\u00a0 kecamatan Torgamba\u00a0 Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Selatan. Selain mengamankan pelaku, polisi juga turut mengamankan barang bukti satu unit sepeda motor bersama barang bukti lainnya.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-124410 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG-20220908-WA0055.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"568\" height=\"348\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMotif sakit hati karena korban tidak memberikan uang pegadaian 1 unit sepeda motor karena sebelumnya korban menjanjikan uang Rp. 500.000 pada palaku karena sepeda motor milik korban telah dapat digadaikan kepada saudara Rahmad Hidayat Hasibuan senilai Rp. 2.350. 000 namun korban tidak memberikan uang itu pada tersangka,\u201dpapar Kapolsekta.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-124409\" src=\"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG-20220908-WA0054.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"720\" height=\"321\" srcset=\"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG-20220908-WA0054.jpg 720w, https:\/\/totabuan.news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG-20220908-WA0054-696x310.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Bambang menambahkan berdasarkan keterangan yang diperoleh bahwa kejadian tersebut berawal dari Korban Yogi pada 30 Agustus 2022 lalu bertemu dengan tersangka Heriyansah Nasution alias Heri dirumah Rido di Dusun Cikampak, Desa Aek Batu Torgamba selanjutnya tersangka Heriyansah meminta tolong pada korban untuk diantar pulang ke Dusun Asam Jawa. Pada saat itu lanjut Kapolsekta korban dan tersangka berangkat dari rumah Rido.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMereka berdua bersama sehingga terjadi pembunuhan dan membuang korban dengan cara menggulingkan mayat korban ke Sungai Barumun. Cara melakukan pembunuhan denga cara mencekik leher sela 30 menit dengan menggunakan tangan sehingga korban tidak sadarkan diri dan kemudian pelaku membuang mayat korban ke Sungai Barumun,\u201d sambung Bambang.<\/p>\n<p>Atas perbuatannya, tersangka pun dikenakan Pasal 338 Jo.
