Ma\u2019ruf Amin menghadiri acara Pertemuan G20 Labour and Employment Ministers\u2019 Meeting yang diselenggarakan di Bali secara virtual dari Kediaman Resmi Wapres, Jalan Diponegoro Nomor 2, Jakarta, Rabu (14\/09\/2022).<\/p>\n<p>Dalam sambutannya, Wapres menyampaikan diperlukan penguatan perlindungan sosial bagi pekerja yang terdampak pandemi Covid-19. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan diantaranya dengan memastikan terpenuhinya hak-hak pekerja melalui pemberian pendampingan dan bantuan yang adaptif, sesuai kondisi yang terjadi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDi Indonesia, hal ini menjadi bagian dari Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional, berupa Program Bantuan Subsidi Upah, Program Kartu Pra-Kerja, Program Bantuan Produktif Usaha Mikro, dan Program Padat Karya di Kementerian\/Lembaga dan Pemerintah Daerah,\u201d tutur Wapres.<\/p>\n<p>Selain bantuan yang bersifat langsung, di sisi lain Wapres juga mengungkapkan bahwa penguatan kemampuan inovasi dan literasi pekerja, khususnya di bidang-bidang yang akan menciptakan lapangan kerja baru di masa depan, seperti teknologi digital dan ekonomi hijau penting untuk dilakukan. Sebab, ke depan inovasi dan digitalisasi merupakan modal penting dalam menghadapi persaingan global yang semakin pesat dan canggih.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSebagai contoh, Pemerintah Indonesia terus meningkatkan literasi digital pelaku UMKM agar target 30 juta UMKM masuk ke dalam ekosistem digital pada tahun 2024 dapat tercapai,\u201d terangnya.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara dari aspek kemampuan, Wapres juga menekankan pentingnya peningkatan Skills (keahlian) dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) pekerja Indonesia di tingkat nasional maupun global.
