{"id":128138,"date":"2022-10-27T11:27:59","date_gmt":"2022-10-27T03:27:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=128138"},"modified":"2022-10-27T11:29:41","modified_gmt":"2022-10-27T03:29:41","slug":"ini-alasan-akan-dibangun-pagar-beton-di-sisi-kiri-kanan-jalan-masuk-rsud-kotamobagu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=128138","title":{"rendered":"Ini Alasan akan Dibangun Pagar Beton di Sisi Kiri Kanan Jalan Masuk RSUD Kotamobagu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TNews, KOTAMOBAGU SULUT<\/strong> \u00a0&#8211; Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Kotamobagu akan membangun pagar beton di sisi kiri kanan jalan masuk ke Rumah Sakin Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kotamobagu.<\/p>\n<p>Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Kota Kotamobagu, Usmar Mamonto, mengungkapkan alasan akan dibangnya pagar beton tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Dia mengatakan, dari sisi lalu lintas, kondisi akses masuk-keluar kawasan Rumah Sakit saat ini belum sejalan dengan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, yang menjamin hak utama pengguna jalan yakni kendaraan ambulans yang memuat orang sakit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKondisi jalan akses masuk-keluar rumah sakit masih banyak terdapat kendaraan baik roda dua, roda empat maupun becak motor yang parkir dan berhenti sementara yang menyebabkan terjadinya hambatan samping dan tundaan perjalanan,\u201d ucapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Permasalahan lainnya, lanjut Usmar adalah akses jalan masuk rumah sakit yang masih bebas dilalui masyarakat sekitar yang tidak berkepentingan ke Rumah Sakit, yang secara langsung dapat menganggu keamanan dan keselamatan lalu lintas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJuga masih terdapat pedagang-pedagang yang menyebabkan bangkitan, tarikan lalu lintas yang mengakibatkan hambatan samping, yang bisa menghambat akses kendaraan. Ini juga harus kita pertimbangkan bersama. Intinya kita semua harus tunduk pada aturan yang berlaku, terutama menjamin kelancaran akses lalu lintas di pintu utama rumah sakit. Ini untuk kepentingan umum,\u201d ujar Usmar.
