{"id":128657,"date":"2022-10-24T16:46:40","date_gmt":"2022-10-24T08:46:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=128657"},"modified":"2022-11-03T03:48:12","modified_gmt":"2022-11-02T19:48:12","slug":"pimpin-apel-di-tiga-kecamatan-ini-kata-bupati-sachrul-mamonto","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=128657","title":{"rendered":"Pimpin Apel di Tiga Kecamatan, ini Kata Bupati Sachrul Mamonto"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TNews, Boltim &#8211;<\/strong>\u00a0 Bupati Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim), Sam Sachrul Mamonto, Senin (24\/10), memimpin apel kerja bersama di Tiga Kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Modayag, Modayag Barat dan Mooat, bertempat di Lapangan Ambang, Desa Modayag.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam kesempatan tersebut bupati menyampaikan, bahwa apel kerja kali ini merupakan bentuk silaturahmi Pemerintah Kabupaten dan jajarannya yang berada di wilayah pegunungan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMungkin seluruh pegawai kecamatan, kepala desa, perangkat desa, serta Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) maupun Tenaga Harian Lepas (THL) yang ada di tiga kecamatan ini kaget, saat saya mengundang untuk apel di tempat ini. Ini sebagai bentuk kerinduan saya kepada kalian, sebab selama ini saya hanya memimpin apel kerja di wilayah ibukota Boltim saja,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Bupati mengatakan, apel kerja disetiap wilayah kecamatan seperti ini tidak hanya digelar di kecamatan Modayag, tetapi akan digelar juga di kecamatan lain yang ada di Boltim.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSetiap sebulan sekali kita akan menggelar apel kerja bersama di tiap\u2013tiap kecamatan yang ada di seluruh wilayah Boltim. Sebab saya jarang sekali bertemu dengan perangkat kecamatan maupun perangkat desa saat memimpin apel kerja seperti ini,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Bupati pun menambahkan, apel kerja di setiap kecamatan sangat penting karena bila seorang pemimpin dekat dengan bawahannya pasti pekerjaannya akan menjadi lebih bagus.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSeorang pemimpin yang hanya memimpin dari kabupaten, tidak pernah turun di kecamatan, tidak pernah bersilaturahmi dengan kalian, tidak pernah bertatap muka, tentu jarak akan terasa renggang dan sangat jauh, selain itu bila pemimpin dekat dengan bawahannya tentu itu akan membuatnya lebih termotivasi dalam bekerja,\u201d pungkasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Turut hadir dalam apel tersebut, Sekretaris Daerah, para Asisten, para Pimpinan Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Boltim, para PNS,
