TNews, BIAK NUMFOR PAPUA –<\/strong> Polres Biak Numfor menggelar Upacara pemberian penghargaan kepada 16 orang personil Polres Biak Numfor yang berprestasi yang dilaksanakan dilapangan apel Polres Biak Numfor, Kamis (17\/11\/2022).<\/p>\n

Kapolres Biak Numfor AKBP Adi Tri Widiyanto,\u00a0 S.H., S.I.K selaku Inspektur Upacara dalam amanatnya menyampaikan bahwa pemberian penghargaan yang telah dilaksanakan hari ini tentunya memiliki arti penting untuk memberikan motivasi bagi seluruh personil Polres Biak Numfor agar dapat meningkatkan kinerjanya dan untuk menumbuhkan rasa kebanggaan juga sebagai penghormatan sikap ketauladanan dan motivasi kerja.<\/p>\n

“Penghargaan ini adalah bentuk pengakuan yang diberikan Pimpinan kepada anggota Polri yang berjasa dan atau yang berprestasi dalam melaksanakan tugas sehari-hari, “ungkap Kapolres.<\/p>\n

Lebih lanjut Kapolres juga mengucapkan selamat atas prestasi, dedikasi dan loyalitas yang tinggi yang telah diberikan kepada institusi Polri khususnya bagi Polres Biak Numfor dan apa yang telah dicapai agar dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan lagi sehingga meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polri, dimana saat ini Polri sedang mendapat berbagai cobaan.<\/p>\n

“Sebagai Insan Bhayangkara harus tetap yakin dan percaya bahwa Polri kedepan akan menjadi lebih baik lagi dengan adanya inovasi dan prestasi yang kita lakukan saat ini dan dimasa yang akan datang, “terang AKBP Adi Tri Widiyanto.<\/p>\n

Sementara Kabag SDM AKP Yadang saat ditemui usai upacara mengatakan bahwa kriteria penilaian pemberian reward ini kita sesuaikan dengan kelebihan masing-masing personil,\u00a0 seperti personil reskrim dan resnarkoba yang berhasil mengungkap kasus.<\/p>\n

“Bukan hanya personil yang di operasional yang kita berikan reward,\u00a0 di staf pun kita berikan reward seperti di humas yang memiliki kemampuan sebagai editing video ataupun pembuatan player serta juga sebagai admin media sosial yang tentunya dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap Polri, selain itu kita berikan kepada operator2 aplikasi yang tentunya memiliki disiplin dan dedikasi yang tinggi, “jelas Kabag SDM AKP Yadang.<\/p>\n

Adapun personil yang mendapat penghargaan kali ini yaitu 4 personil Reskrim, 3 Personil Res Narkoba, 2 Personil Propam, 1 Personil Si Humas, 1 personil Siwas, 1 personil Bagren, 1 personil intel, 1 personil Polsek Biak Utara dan 1 Personil Polsubsektor Kawasan Laut.<\/p>\n
