Sering marah-marah memang jadi salah satu kebiasaan yang menyebabkan darah tinggi.<\/p>\n<p>Tekanan darah tinggi alias hipertensi bukan sesuatu yang bisa disepelekan. Hipertensi disebut-sebut sebagai &#8216;silent killer&#8217; karena merupakan penyakit berbahaya yang kerap menyerang tanpa menimbulkan gejala.<\/p>\n<p>Jika dibiarkan, hipertensi akan mengarah pada serangan jantung, stroke, penyakit ginjal sampai masalah pada fungsi seksual. Oleh karenanya, hindari kebiasaan-kebiasaan penyebab darah tinggi berikut ini.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Minum kopi susu berlebihan<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Minum kopi sebenarnya tak jadi soal ketika dikonsumsi tidak berlebihan. Namun, konsumsi kopi berlebihan bisa meningkatkan tekanan darah.<\/p>\n<p>Asupan kafein perlu dibatasi demi menjaga kesehatan kardiovaskular. Cukup mengonsumsi tiga cangkir kafein per hari.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Makan tanpa memperhatikan kandungan gulanya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pernah cek kandungan gula sebelum membeli produk pangan? Banyak sekali produk pangan yang memberikan gula tambahan (added sugar) sehingga gula yang Anda konsumsi melebihi jumlah yang disarankan.<\/p>\n<p>Saat gula masuk, tubuh melepas insulin untuk membantu membersihkan gula dari darah dan menariknya ke sel sehingga bisa digunakan untuk membentuk energi. Presiden AHA Donald Lloyd-Jones mengatakan bahwa insulin cenderung menaikkan tekanan darah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Jadi, jika Anda makan banyak gula tambahan atau pati sederhana, Anda mengalami ledakan insulin yang lebih intens dan lebih lama, yang akan meningkatkan tekanan darah,&#8221; kata Lloyd-Jones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Merokok<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Merokok juga jadi salah satu kebiasaan yang bisa menyebabkan darah tinggi. Kebiasaan merokok terbukti jadi faktor risiko serangan jantung dan stroke. Kandungan nikotin pada rokok patut disalahkan atas hal ini.<\/p>\n<p>Nikotin mengakibatkan penyempitan pembuluh darah dan mempercepat denyut jantung sehingga tekanan darah meroket.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Menenggak alkohol<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Wine disebut-sebut baik untuk jantung. Namun, sebenarnya konsumsi alkohol berlebihan akan menaikkan tekanan darah, baik dalam jangka waktu pendek maupun panjang.<\/p>\n<p>Alkohol akan melemaskan pembuluh darah. Pembuluh akan menyempit saat alkohol dimetabolisme oleh hati.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Kurang minum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kebutuhan cairan tubuh wajib dipenuhi meski Anda tidak merasa haus. Kekurangan cairan hingga dehidrasi akan menaikkan tekanan darah.<\/p>\n<p>Ketika sel-sel tubuh tidak memiliki cukup air, pembuluh darah bisa menegang. Kenapa? Otak mengirimkan sinyal ke kelenjar pituitari untuk melepaskan bahan kimia yang membuat pembuluh darah mengecil.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk mempertahankan cairan tubuh, ginjal membuat lebih sedikit urine. Kondisi ini membuat pembuluh darah kecil di jantung dan otak mengecil.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Tenggelam dalam kesepian<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kesepian tidak selalu menyoal berapa teman yang dimiliki, tetapi soal bagaimana Anda terhubung dengan mereka. Kesepian yang dibiarkan akan membawa dampak buruk.<\/p>\n<p>Sebuah studi menemukan kesepian yang dibiarkan selama 4 tahun membuat tekanan darah pada seseorang naik lebih dari 14 poin. Peneliti menyimpulkan rasa takut akan penolakan dan kekecewaan serta rasa lebih waspada soal keamanan bisa mengubah cara tubuh bekerja.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. Marah-marah<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kemarahan memicu respons &#8216;flight or fight&#8217; tubuh. Kelenjar adrenal membanjiri tubuh dengan hormon stres, termasuk adrenalin dan kortisol.<\/p>\n<p>Otak mengalirkan darah dari usus ke otot sebagai persiapan untuk aktivitas fisik. Hal ini diikuti kenaikan tekanan darah, denyut jantung, dan pernapasan.<\/p>\n<p>Jika ini terjadi terus-menerus dan tidak terkelola, terjadi perubahan metabolisme hingga kerusakan pada banyak sistem tubuh.<\/p>\n<p>Marah-marah hanya akan memicu masalah kesehatan, termasuk kenaikan tekanan darah tinggi, sakit kepala, masalah pencernaan, insomnia, depresi, serangan jantung dan stroke.<\/p>\n<p>Demikian beberapa kebiasaan yang menyebabkan darah tinggi.
