Ia menuturkan, dalam sidang kode etik, saksi yang dimintai keterangan hanya empat orang. Padahal, seharusnya 17 orang.<\/p>\n<p>Hal itu disampaikan Hendra saat menjadi saksi untuk terdakwa obstruction of justice eks Kasubnit I Subdit III Dittipidum Bareskrim Polri AKP Irfan Widyanto di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Jakarta Selatan, Jumat (16\/12). Hendra menjawab pertanyaan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) soal alasannya dimutasi dari jabatan Karo Paminal Polri.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Perlu Pak Jaksa tahu, bahwa dari 17 saksi yang dihadirkan, hanya tiga yang fisik, satu daring. Lainnya tidak hadir. Jadi ini menurut saya juga enggak profesional dalam proses itu,&#8221; kata Hendra.<\/p>\n<p>Hendra menjelaskan bahwa dia harus menjalani sidang kode etik karena dianggap tidak profesional dalam menyelidiki kasus pembunuhan berencana Brigadir J yang didalangi eks Kadiv Provam Ferdy Sambo.
