TNews, KOTA GORONTALO<\/strong> \u2013 Proyek pekerjaan Jalan Nani Wartabone ex Jalan Panjaitan saat ini tengah disoroti oleh banyak pihak, tidak terkecuali oleh Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Gorontalo.<\/p>\n

Proyek yang menggunakan dana Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional (PEN) tersebut memiliki nilai kontrak sebesar Rp. 24 Miliar namun sampai saat ini belum ada tanda-tanda proyek tersebut akan selesai.<\/p>\n

Oleh karena itu terkait hal tersebut Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kota Gorontalo menyampaikan agar pihak Pemerintah Kota Gorontalo melalui Dinas PUPR segera mengambil langkah tegas salah satunya dengan memutus kontrak dari kontraktor yang menangani proyek tersebut.<\/p>\n

“Sudah tahun 2023 dan pekerjaan tersebut tetap belum diselesaikan padahal sudah berapa kali diperpanjang kontraknya, sehingga kami rekomendasikan agar diputus saja kontraknya” ucap Ketua Komisi C Irwan Hunawa saat diwawancarai usai Rapat Kerja Komisi C bersama Dinas Terkait Rabu (4\/01\/2023).<\/p>\n

Selain itu Irwan juga menegaskan agar segera dicarikan solusi kongkrit terkait penyelesaian proyek tersebut, sebab hal ini akan sangat berdampak pada masyarakat.<\/p>\n

“Alasan kenapa kami merekomendasikan pemutusan kontrak tersebut karena kami nilai pekerjaan ini sudah tidak mampu diselesaikan sehingga harus ada solusi kongkrit untuk penyelesaian proyek tersebut” tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Irwan menegaskan pemutusan kontrak kerja untuk proyek pekerjaan Jalan Nani Wartabone tersebut harus tetap merujuk pada Undang-undang yang berlaku, dan setelah itu harus dicarikan solusi bersama bagaimana agar proyek tersebut bisa segera dirampungkan.<\/p>\n

“Sudah berulang kali kita perpanjang kontrak kerjanya namun progresnya tetap minim, sehingga ketika sudah diputus kontrak kepada kontraktornya harap hal ini tetap mengacu pada undang-undang yang berlaku” tutupnya.<\/p>\n
