Totabuanews.com,<\/strong> Tutuyan – Belum kapok-kapok juga. Demikian ungkapan yang selalu diucap sejumlah warga Desa Motongkad Kecamatan Nuangan, terkait aktivitas salah satu perusahaan tambang emas di kawasan perkebunan desa ini. Mereka juga mengindikasi, ada yang mem-back up perusahaan ini, sehingga meskipun selalu disorot, naun terkesan \u2018masih sakti\u2019.<\/p>\n

Pasalnya kegiatan tambang yang dikelola oleh perusahaan perorangan milik salah satu warga keturunan yang dikenal dengan sebutan Ko’Afo’, masih terus berjalan. Padahal jelas aktivitas pertambanganya sudah dihentikan oleh Pemkab Boltim melalui Dinas Pertambangan.<\/p>\n

Informasi yang diperoleh menyebutkan, secara diam-diam perusahaan ini masih melakukan aktivitas pertambangan. Padahal kajian Amdal saja tidak ada sama sekali.<\/p>\n

“Memang ini perusahaan nyandak kapok kang. Biar Pemkab Boltim so kase brenti mar dorang masih beraktivitas,” celetuk Sahril Mamonto, warga setempat.<\/p>\n

Dikatkan, ternyata pihak perusahaan melakukan aktivitas penambangan pada malam menjelang pagi. “Dorang jaga ambe material deng dorang, bakarja kalu so amper siang,\u201d beber Mamonto.<\/p>\n

Yang mengejutkan, ia mengatakan sering melihat ada orang yang menggunakan seragam polisi berjaga-jaga saat perusahaan ini melakukan aktivitasnya.<\/p>\n

Hal yang sama juga dikatakan Tokoh Masyarakat Motongkad Abdul ade Mokoagow. Bahkan Mokoagow menegaskan dalam waktu dekat ini akan bersama-sama dengan warga untuk turun langsung ke lokasi. \u201cIni ilegal. Pemerintah juga kami minta jangan tinggal diam. Kami sebagai tokoh masyarakat tidak akan membiarkan hal ini,\u201d pungkas ade.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu Kepala Dinas Pertambangan Hi.Jamalludin, mengatakan, pihaknya sejak dua minggu lalu sudah menyurat ke pihak Perusahaan agar segera angkat kaki dari lokasi. Sebab izin yang dikeluarkan adalah izin galian C bukan Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP).<\/p>\n
