Di mana, tidak diketahui berapa total anggaran, pemenang tender, dan bahkan pekerjaan ini tidak ada papan proyek.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam wawancara pihak media dengan AP,\u00a0 salah satu warga mengatakan bahwa petani sekaligus masyarakat kelurahan Sawidago mengalami kerugian ribuan ton beras, akibat sawah puluhan hektar tidak bisa diolah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pekerjaan dibagi dua tahap, tahap pertama dimulai dari jalur batas milik petani Babanggai sampai digilingan milik Medan Kayupa. Tahap ke dua di mulai dari jalur batas bapak Babanggai sampai di pintu pembagian air yang pertama,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut AP pekerjaan tahap ke dua, adalah lantai irigasi yang dikerjakan hanya asal-asalan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Sayap dua menyebelah tidak di sentuh hala hala sehingga semua yang bocor itu tidak ditutupi dengan hala hala,&#8221; ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>Lanjut AP, alasan penundaan pengolahan sawah hanya karena untuk perbaikan saluran irigasi yang rencananya akan memakai penulangan besi beton di titik yang rawan longsor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tapi pada kenyataanya tidak seperti yang di rencanakan sejak awal,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n<p>Bukan cuma itu, AP juga mengatakan bahwa ada kemungkinan warga masyarakat kelurahan Sawidago akan mengalami kelaparan yang hebat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">&#8220;Dikarenakan penundaan pengolahan sawah selama satu semester, siapa yang akan bertanggung jawab dalam hal ini,&#8221;
