TNews, FLORES TIMUR \u2013<\/strong> Ketua Ibu Bhayangkari Flores Timur Ny Dhana Ngurah Joni\u00a0 menginisiasi Gerakan Orang Tua Asuh. Gerakan itu untuk memberi perhatian penuh kepada balita agar terhindar dari\u00a0stunting\u00a0atau gangguan pertumbuhan. Stunting merupakan ancaman nyata bagi masa depan anak, terkhusus di Flores Timur.<\/p>\n

Inisiasi Gerakan Orang Tua Asuh ini demi memberi perhatian lebih denga memperhatikan, merawat tumbuh kembang anak-anak balita dengan sebaik-baiknya.<\/p>\n

“Mereka aset dan masa depan bangsa, khususnya di Flores Timur dan Kami ingin gerakan ini terus dilakukan baik jangka pendek maupun jangka Panjang,” ungkap, Ny Dhana Ngurah Joni.<\/p>\n

Kegiatan ini juga sebagai implementasi komitmen bersama untuk mendukung program pengentasan stunting khususnya di Kabupaten Flores Timur.<\/p>\n

\u201cPada saat usia kandungan ibu kekurangan asupan gizi sehingga pada saat lahir pertumbuhan anak mengalami gangguan dan tidak diantisipasi,\u201d lanjut Ny Dhana Ngurah Joni.<\/p>\n

Berdasarkan data dari Studi Survei Gizi Indonesia (SSGI), prevalensi angka stunting Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) pada tahun 2021 sebesar 37,8%. Angka tersebut menjadikan Provinsi NTT sebagai penyumbang tertinggi anak stunting di Indonesia.<\/p>\n

Sedangkan untuk data kemiskinan ekstrem sendiri, Provinsi NTT memiliki 5 Kabupaten prioritas dengan total jumlah rumah tangga miskin ekstrem sebesar 89.410 KK. Jumlah tersebut tersebar di lima kabupaten, yakni Sumba Timur,\u00a0 Timor Tengah Selatan, Rote Ndao, Sumba Tengah, dan Manggarai Timur.<\/p>\n

Menanggapi kondisi tersebut, Ny. Dhana Ngurah Joni, Ketua Bhayangkari Cabang Flores Timur memiliki enam (6) anak asuh stunting di Larantuka, Kabupaten Flores Timur.<\/p>\n

Ny Dhana Ngurah Joni kepada awak media menjelaskan, saya prihatin dengan kondisi kesehatan anak- anak stunting di Flores Timur khusunya di kota Larantuka.<\/p>\n

“Jadi nanti setiap saat saya memberikan perhatian khusus kepada mereka,” ungkapnya.<\/p>\n
