TNews, BENGKULU SELATAN –<\/strong> Untuk menjaga situasi Kamtibmas di wilayah hukumnya tetap kondusif, Kapolsek Kota Manna IPTU Sasi Raharto, S.H memberikan himbauan kepada para pemuda tentang larangan melakukan “AKSI BALAPAN LIAR”, pada Kamis (16\/03\/23).<\/p>\n

Kegiatan himbauan tersebut dilaksanakan oleh Kapolsek Kota Manna dan personilnya dengan mengingatkan kepada warga masyarakat\/orang tua dan para pemuda akan pentingnya mentaati rambu-rambu lalu lintas guna meminimalisir terjadinya kecelakaan pada saat berkendara di jalan raya dan larangan melakukan balap liar.<\/p>\n

Aksi ini luputnya pengawasan orang tua dan juga kebiasaan para pelaku balap liar yang mencari tempat balap liar yang dirasa jauh dari pantauan para petugas Kepolisian, membuat aksi balap liar ini semakin menjamur.<\/p>\n

Aksi yang dilakukan juga tidak jarang membahayakan masyarakat yang melintas. Selain itu, permasalahan dari aksi balap liar ini sering berujung tawuran hingga jatuhnya korban jiwa.<\/p>\n

Dikatakan Kapolsek, sesuai dengan Undang-undang No. 22 tahun 2022 tentang Lalulintas dan Angkutan jalan pasal yang dikenakan kepada para pelaku balap liar yakni Pasal 297, \u201cSetiap orang yang mengemudikan kendaraan bermotor berbalapan di jalan sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 115 Huruf B, dipidana dengan pidana kurungan paling lama tiga bulan,\u201d tutur Kapolsek.<\/p>\n

Memang banyak masyarakat yang mengeluhkan adanya remaja yang diduga melakukan balapan liar dan juga knalpot Racing, ratusan motor sudah ditindak namun masih saja tidak kapok, maka untuk yang kondisinya memang modifikasi kemudian di Racing (Modifikasi), kami minta untuk dilengkapi sesuai standar spesifikasi teknis kendaraan bermotor.<\/p>\n

\u201cKita mengharapkan peran serta masyarakat sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab bersama dalam menciptakan keamanan dan ketertiban di masyarakat dan menghimbau apabila mengetahui adanya aksi balap liar, untuk segera melaporkan pada petugas Kepolisian,\u201d pungkasnya.*<\/p>\n
