TNews, Kotamobagu<\/strong> – Daerah Kota Kotamobagu kembali mendapat Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) pada tahap satu tahun 2023.<\/p>\n

Hal itu disampaikan Kepala Dinas Perumahan Rakyat Kawasan Permukiman (PRKP) Kotamobagu, Chelsia Paputungan, Kamis (30\/3\/2023).<\/p>\n

\u201cKami baru mendapat surat dari balai terkait BSPS yang akan masuk di daerah Kotamobagu, tahap satu ini ada sekitar 98 unit,\u201d kata Chelsia.<\/p>\n

Ia menjelaskan, saat ini nama-nama calon yang diusulkan masih dalam tahap verifikasi.<\/p>\n

\u201cSaat ini nama-nama yang sudah masuk sedang dalam tahap verifikasi, apakah memenuhi syarat sebagai penerima BSPS atau tidak. Jadi nama-nama yang sedang diverifikasi ini masih kategori calon penerima BSPS, setelah diseleksi nama-nama calon penerima ini akan ditetapkan sebagai penerima BSPS,\u201d tuturnya.<\/p>\n

Lanjutnya, ia berharap usaha Dinas PRKP Kotamobagu untuk peningkatan rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH) menjadi rumah layak huni tersebut, bisa menghasilkan yang terbaik.<\/p>\n

\u201cHarapannya tentu apa yang telah diusulkan bisa terealisasi semuanya meski secara bertahap,\u201d harapnya.<\/p>\n

Diketahui, BSPS ini merupakan program lanjutan dari Direktorat Jenderal Perumahan, Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) tahun 2023.<\/p>\n
