Kabarnya, para Honda ini akan diangkat menjadi pegawai negeri sipil (PNS) mulai tahun depan (2016).<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Kepala Badan Kepegawain Diklat Daerah (BKDD) Boltim Darwis Lasabuda, soal pengangkatan K2 tetap ada, dan BKDD sudah mengusulkan ke Kementerian Pemberdayaan Aperatur Negara Reformasi Birokrasi (KemenPAN-RB).\u00a0\u201cUntuk itu, BKDD masih akan melakukan verifikasi atau pemisahan tenaga teknis dengan guru,\u201d kata Darwis, Senin (28\/9\/2015).<\/p>\n<p>Dia menjelaskan, pengangkatan Honda K2 ini bersamaan dengan rekrutmen CPNS dari jalur umum.\u00a0\u201cMisalnya kuota guru dari jalur Umum 100 orang, maka hanya 80 orang yang dimasukkan, karena 20 orang lagi di isi oleh kuota guru dari K2, begitupun tenaga teknis,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakannya, setelah sudah menjadi CPNS maka kuota K2 yang sebelumnya mengabdi diistansi pertama dia bekerja tidak lagi ditempatkan di tempat itu, melainkan ditempatkan diistansi yang memerlukan tenaga.\u00a0\u201cMisalnya guru SD, kita tempatkan di SDN I Jiko Balanga sesuai keperluan atau kebutuhan,&#8221;ungkapnya.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>TIM TOTABUANEWS<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TOTABUANEWS, BOLTIM &#8211;\u00a0Kabar gembira bagi 123 honorer daerah (Honda) Kategori Dua (K2) Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim).
