TNews, TIDORE KEPULAUAN<\/strong> \u2013 Pelatihan Tenaga Terampil Konstruksi Kota Tidore Kepulauan Tahun 2023, yang berlangsung di Aula SMA Negeri 1 Kota Tidore Kepulauan resmi dibuka oleh Asisten Sekda Bidang Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Taher Husain.<\/p>\n

Taher Husain kepada media ini mengatakan, Pembangunan infrastruktur tengah gencar dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Pusat maupun Pemerintah Daerah, karena pengembangan infrastruktur juga mulai menggeliat di berbagai daerah di Indonesia termasuk di Kota Tidore Kepulauan, Senin (20\/3\/2023).<\/p>\n

Sehingga, lanjut Taher, kebutuhan akan pekerja konstruksi yang terampil dan kompeten pun semakin meningkat, serta pengembangan sumber daya manusia termasuk didalamnya para pekerja sektor konstruksi, juga menjadi salah satu isu strategis dalam penentuan arah kebijakan pemerintah daerah yang dimana pengembangan SDM konstruksi menjadi salah satu targetnya.<\/p>\n

Taher juga menambahkan, tantangan utama pembangunan infrastruktur saat ini adalah peningkatan daya saing dan keunggulan kompetitif pada sektor konstruksi, sehingga untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut perlu peran aktif pemangku kepentingan jasa konstruksi untuk memadukan kekuatan serta meningkatkan kerjasamanya.<\/p>\n

\u201cKarena sertifikasi tenaga konstruksi juga bertujuan agar tenaga kerja konstruksi memiliki daya saing dalam kompetisi, baik lokal, nasional maupun global, sehingga diharapkan seluruh Pekerja Konstruksi Indonesia harus mengikuti uji kompetensi dan sertifikasi, agar terjamin kualitas pekerjaannya serta disiplin mengikuti standar operasional prosedur (SOP) untuk memenuhi standar mutu internasiona,\u201dharap Taher.<\/p>\n

Sementara, Kepala Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Tidore Kepulauan Abdul Muis A. Husein mengatakan, tujuan dari pelatihan tersebut sebagai salah satu upaya memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kerja konstruksi bersertifikat serta meningkatkan daya saing dengan cara peningkatan kompetensi.<\/p>\n

\u201cPeserta yang mengikuti pelatihan sebanyak 50 orang yang berasal dari empat kecamatan dan semua peserta tersebut mempunyai profesi tukang, kegiatan yang dilakukan selama dua hari inibertempat di Aula SMA Negeri 1 Tidore,\u201d kata Abdul Muis.<\/p>\n
