Setiap PNS harus mampu membangun disiplin diri dan karakteristik pribadi, komitmen sepenuh hati serta menumbuhkan daya kreatif, tekun, dan semangat,&#8221; tegas Bupati pilihan pertama rakyat bolmut ini.
