Pj. Wali Kota Kotamobagu dalam sambutannya menyampaikan rasa syukur dan bangga bisa berada di tengah \u2013 tengah seluruh Aparatur Pemerintah Daerah Kota Kotamobagu.<\/p>\n

\u201cBagi saya ini adalah sebuah kehormatan, karena di pagi hari ini saya bisa berada di tengah \u2013 tengah masyarakat, di tengah \u2013 tengah seluruh Aparatur Pemerintah Daerah Kota Kotamobagu. yang membedakan saya dan Bapak \u2013 Ibu sekalian hanyalah tugas dan kewenangan, tapi di hadapan Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, kita semua adalah sama. Oleh karena itu terimalah saya sebagai keluarga besar warga masyarakat Kota Kotamobagu, terimalah saya sebagai keluarga besar Aparatur Sipil Negara di Kota Kotamobagu, dan terimalah saya sebagai sabahat, sebagai keluarga masyarakat Kota Kotamobagu,\u201d ujar Pj. Wali Kota.<\/p>\n

Pj. Wali Kota Kotamobagu juga berharap agar seluruh Aparatur Pemerintah Kota kotamobagu dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan disiplin dalam melaksanakan tugas pokok dan fungsi serta pelayanan kepada masyarakat.<\/p>\n

\u201cTingkatkan terus disiplin termasuk dalam melayani masyarakat. Tingkatkan professional sebagai seorang aparatur pemerintah daerah yang mampu menyelesaikan tugas \u2013 tugas kita berdasarkan ketentuan dan peraturan yang berlaku,\u201d ujar Pj. Wali Kota.<\/p>\n

Lebih lanjut Pj. Wali Kota mengingatkan seluruh jajaran Aparatur Pemerintah Daerah Kota Kotamobagu untuk mengedepankan pelayanan yang humanis saat memberikan pelayanan kepada seluruh masyarakat Kota Kotamobagu.<\/p>\n

\u201cPelayanan kepada masyarakat harus mengedepankan pelayanan yang humanis. Pelayanan yang tanpa membedakan siapa yang dilayani. Selain itu birokrasi juga saya minta agar tidak berbelit-belit, harus ada pemangkasan birokrasi sehingga pelayanan kepada masyarakat bisa lebih cepat,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Di akhir sambutan, Pj. Wali Kota juga menyampaikan salam dari Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Sulawesi Utara, dan Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.<\/p>\n

Apel Kerja Perdana Wali Kota Kotamobagu bersama seluruh Aparatur Pemerintah Daerah Kota kotamobagu yang dilaksanakan di Lapangan Olahraga Kelurahan Molinow Kecamatan Kotamobagu Barat tersebut, dihadiri Sekretaris Daerah Kotamobagu, Sofyan Mokoginta, S.H., M.E, para Asisten, para pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah, Camat, Lurah dan Sangadi, beserta seluruh Perangkat Desa dan Kelurahan, ASN dan THL dilingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Kotamobagu.
