TNews, KOTA BINJAI \u2013<\/strong> Kepala Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Negeri Kota Binjai Wahyudi SPd mengaku ada pengutipan Dana ke siswa dan siswi di sekolah mereka.<\/p>\n

Saat di konfirmasi media ini pada hari Selasa(3\/10\/2023) siang Kemarin melalui via telpon WhatsApp Kepsek mengatakan, namun dana pengutipan tersebut Ia tidak pegang. “Bukan sama saya bang, dananya sama pengurus Komite,” ujar Wahyudi.<\/p>\n

Menariknya, saat dikonfirmasi ke Hendra Bermain selaku Komite sekolah MTs Negeri Binjai, IA enggan memberikan jawaban atau bungkam.<\/p>\n

Diketahui, berdasarkan peraturan Peraturan Menteri Agama RI yang mengatur tentang komite Madrasah yaitu Peraturan Menteri Agama nomor 16 tahun 2020 pada:<\/p>\n

BAB III pasal 18 Ayat (1) yang berbunyi anggota komite madrasah dipilih melalui rapat orang tua\/wali peserta didik.<\/p>\n

komite tersebut melakukan pemungutan tanpa PROPOSAL & TIDAK MENGACU kepada PMA no.16 tahun 2020 yaitu:<\/p>\n

1). Komite sekolah harus membuat proposal dalam penggalangan dana dari sumber daya pendidikan<\/p>\n

2). Proposal sebagaimana dimaksud ayat (1) harus diketahui oleh kepala madrasah dan\/atau yayasan bagi madrasah yang diselenggarakan oleh masyarakat.<\/p>\n

3). Komite madrasah harus memiliki rekening sendiri untuk menampung hasil penggalangan dana dan sumber daya pendidikan sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1).<\/p>\n

Oknum yang mengaku KOMITE MADRASAH tersebut harus memiliki anggaran dasar sesuai PMA no.16 THN 2020 pasal 19 yaitu:<\/p>\n

Komite Madrasah menyusun anggaran dasar dan anggaran rumah tangga.<\/p>\n

Pasal 22 ayat (2) yaitu: Komite madrasah menyampaikan melaporan kepada orang tua\/wali peserta didik<\/p>\n

  2. Laporan hasil perolehan dan penggunaan penggalangan dana sumber dana pendidikan.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
