ADVETORIAL, KOTAMOBAGU<\/strong> – Penjabat (Pj) Wali Kota Kotamobagu, Dr. Drs. Hi. Asripan Nani, M.Si<\/a>, menyerahkan Surat Keputusan (SK) Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) formasi tahun 2021 dan mengambil sumpah janji PNS dilingkungan Pemerintah Kota Kotamobagu, yang digelar di Gedung Bagas Raya Yadika Kopandakan II, Senin (09\/10\/2023).<\/p>\n

Dalam sambutannya, Pj. Wali Kota Kotamobagu menyampaikan, bahwa PNS sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) adalah pilar penyelenggara pemerintahan dan pembagunan.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cAparatur Sipil Negara adalah pilar terdepan dalam rangka membangunan daerah yang sama \u2013 sama kita cintai. Saya menyampaikan selamat kepada seluruh Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang hari ini sah menjadi Aparatur Sipil Negara dilingkungan Pemerintah Kota Kotamobagu,\u201dujarnya.<\/p>\n

Dikatakannya lagi, dengan diterimannya SK tersebut maka lengkap sudah status 299 PNS formasi 2021 menjadi ASN di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Kotamobagu.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cKetika tadi disumpah oleh para rohaniawan, maka apa yang diucapkan kemudian didampingi oleh Kitab Suci adalah sesuatu yang sifatnya sakral dan suci. Sumpah yang tadi diucapkan oleh adik \u2013 adik selain disaksikan oleh yang hadir, tapi yang lebih penting lagi adalah disaksikan oleh Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa,\u201dtegasnya.<\/p>\n

Pj Wali Kota pun menyampaikan bahwa tidaklah mudah menjadi seorang ASN. Begitu ketatnya persaingan dan tidak sedikit orang yang berkompetisi untuk memperebutkan kursi menjadi ASN.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cUntuk itu jagalah, hormati dan pelihara itu dalam pengabdian sebagai seorang Aparatur Sipil Negara ke depannya,\u201d ujar Asripan.<\/p>\n

Asripan juga menekankan bahwa ASN tidak menjanjikan untuk kaya, tetapi ASN kehidupannya dijamin oleh negara.<\/p>\n

\u201cMenjadi ASN harus profesional, dimana anda harus memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan, emosional yang mapan, memiliki spritual yang baik, memiliki keterampilan serta kematangan sosial,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n

Ditambahkannya bahwa seorang ASN harus mampu menyesuaikan diri, kompeten, harmonisasi, loyal, akuntabel dan kolaboratif.<\/p>\n

\u201cSyukuri nikmat menjadi PNS dengan bekerja ikhlas, bekerja cepat, bekerja tuntas, itu semua adalah ibadah. Ibadah dapat menjadi rejeki kita. Jadikan disiplin sebagai kultur, sebagai budaya. Karena jika kita disiplin itu akan menjadi bekal kita untuk mengarungi kehidupan sebagai ASN. Seribu kata tidak melawan sebuah keteladanan, jaga kewibawaan sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara dan tetaplah hormati orang tua,\u201d pesan Asripan sekaligus mengakhiri sambutan.(*)<\/p>\n
