TNews, BOLTIM –<\/strong> Ikal salehe, Anggota Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur Divisi Sosdikli Parmas dan SDM, mengumumkan hubungan keluarga dengan dua Calon Anggota Legislatif (Caleg) sebagai tindak lanjut dari Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilu dan Peraturan DKPP Nomor 2 Tahun 2017 Tentang Kode Etik Penyelenggara Pemilu.<\/p>\n

Pengumuman ini dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan UU 7 Tahun 2017 yang mengharuskan penyelenggara Pemilu, baik dari Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) maupun Badan Pengawas Pemilihan Umum (Bawaslu) dan jajarannya, untuk secara terbuka mengumumkan kepada publik jika memiliki hubungan keluarga atau sanak saudara dengan peserta pemilu, terutama Calon Legislatif pada Pemilu.<\/p>\n

\u201cPada hari ini, Sabtu, tanggal empat bulan November tahun dua ribu dua puluh tiga, Saya Ikal salehe, Anggota Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Divisi Sosdikli Parmas dan SDM yang juga Korwil daerah Pemilihan Kecamatan Kotabunan-Tutuyan), menyatakan bahwa saat ini terdapat dua saudara kandung Saya (Kakak) terdaftar sebagai Daftar Calon Tetap Pemilihan Umum Tahun 2024 di daerah pemilihan Kotabunan-Tutuyan sesuai dengan Keputusan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kabupaten Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur 740\/PL.01.4-Pu\/7110\/2\/2023,\u201d Sudah jelas yaa, sapaan akrab Ikal Salehe, Sabtu 4 November 2023.<\/p>\n

Ikal Salehe menjelaskan bahwa tujuan dari pengumuman ini adalah untuk menghindari kemungkinan konflik kepentingan di antara penyelenggara pemilu. Dengan mengumumkan hubungan keluarga ini, diharapkan dapat memastikan bahwa tidak ada tugas yang diberikan kepada yang bersangkutan yang dapat menguntungkan terjadinya persangkaan konflik kepentingan di antara diri anggota penyelenggara pemilu dengan pihak keluarga atau sanak keluarga.<\/p>\n

\u201cDengan cara ini, kita dapat memastikan netralitas dan imparsialitas penyelenggara pemilu,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n

Ikal Salehe berharap bahwa pengumuman ini akan meningkatkan pengawasan terhadap dirinya sebagai penyelenggara pemilu dan menunjukkan komitmen KPU Bolaang Mongondow Timur dalam menjalankan prinsip-prinsip transparansi, keadilan, dan integritas dalam pelaksanaan pemilu.*<\/p>\n
