Hal ini dibenarkan langsung Bupati Boltim Sehan Landjar kepada sejumlah wartawan baru-baru ini. Sehan pun mengaku sangat menyesalkannya.<\/p>\n

“Sangat disesalkan karena masih ada pimpinan SKPD selaku pengguna anggaran, tapi tak mampu buat program (baca RKA, red). Yang lebih aneh lagi, mereka ada yang menyandang titel S-2 (magister) bahkan doktoral (S-3),\u201d gerutu Landjar.<\/p>\n

Landjar menegaskan, pihaknya akan mengevaluasi kinerja para pejabat tersebut. Kalau pun mereka belum juag punya kemampuan, maka harus siap dicopot. “Mulai saat ini, saya akan melakukan evaluasi setiap hari. Jadi mana SKPD yang programnya jalan di tempat, sudah pasti akan diganti. Karena Boltim bukan butuh pimpinan yang memiliki gelar, tapi pejabat yang cerdas yang bisa membuat Boltim mandiri dan berdaya saing,” tandasnya.
