TNews, PROBOLINGGO \u2013<\/strong> Dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan serta pemberdayaan dan pengembangan UMKM, Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro, Perdagangan dan Perindustrian (DKUPP) Kabupaten Probolinggo memberikan pelatihan Series 3 \u201cOn The Way Bisnis\u201d di Alino Caf\u00e9 Eatery & Hall Kraksaan, Selasa hingga Kamis (14-16\/11\/2023).<\/p>\n

Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 40 wirausaha di wilayah Kabupaten Probolinggo. Selama 3 (tiga) hari, mereka akan mendapatkan materi yang berbeda. Hari pertama berupa pelatihan mindset wirausaha mandiri, hari kedua berupa pelatihan manajemen keuangan tangguh dan adaptif serta hari ketiga berupa pelatihan Startup produksi, marketing, dan Selling untuk UMKM pemula.<\/p>\n

Kepala DKUPP Kabupaten Probolinggo Taufik Alami melalui Kepala Bidang Usaha Mikro Winda Permata Erianti mengatakan kegiatan ini bertujuan agar UMKM mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang On The Way Bisnis, kemampuan manajemen usaha dan kemampuan mengelola keuangan secara sistematik dan teratur sehingga dapat memaksimalkan profit.<\/p>\n

\u201cSelain itu, UMKM mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang ekosistem bisnis sehingga mampu mengelola manajemen produksi dan pemasaran produk dengan baik. Serta UMKM mengetahui seluk beluk permodalan usaha dan resikonya sehingga mampu menentukan jenis permodalan yang tepat untuk usahanya,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n

Menurut Winda, DKUPP membagi pelatihan menjadi 3 Series karena masing-masing UMKM sudah ada levelnya. UMKM yang sudah memiliki legalitas dan siap masuk dalam market berasa di level 1 UMKM Go Digital. Level 2 kemasannya masih tradisional, belum Upgrade, legalitas masih belum lengkap serta masih belum mempunyai Public Speaking dan bisnis.<\/p>\n

\u201cUntuk Level 3 On The Way Bisnis adalah UMKM yang pemula yang masih baru berkecimpung di dunia bisnis. Mungkin masih perlu direfresh kembali. Sebetulnya sudah berupaya keras berjualan tapi hasilnya masih belum maksimal. Mungkin usahanya tidak bisa berkembang dan masih belum masuk ke pemasaran yang lebih luas. Inilah upaya yang kami lakukan untuk pemberdayaan dan pengembangan UMKM,\u201d pungkasnya.*<\/p>\n
