TNews, KAB. LANGKAT \u2013<\/strong> Sejumlah orang tua siswa SMA Negeri 1 Brandan, Kabupaten Langkat mempertayakan dana BOS tahun 2022 -2023. Pasalnya, hingga saat ini tidak ada kejelasan terkait pengelolaan dana BOS di sekolah yang dipimpin Kepsek Masrizal.<\/p>\n

Bahkan, Masrizal sendiri saat dikonfirmasi wartawan terkesan menghindar dan enggan memberikan jawaban.<\/p>\n

Padahal sesuai peraturan yang ada, Kepsek harus transfaran kepada media atau ke publik, tentang penggunaan dana BOS.<\/p>\n

Diketahui, berdasarkan materi pemaparan yang disampaikan pada Rapat Koordinasi Kebijakan BOS Tahun 2020 di Kemendagri, 20 Januari lalu, bahwa:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Penyaluran dana akan langsung ke rekening sekolah;<\/li>\n
  2. Penetapan SK sekolah penerima oleh Mendikbud;<\/li>\n
  3. Cut off data hanya 1 kali yaitu 31 Agustus tahun sebelumnya;<\/li>\n
  4. Tahapan penyaluran sebanyak 3 tahap (sebelumnya 4 tahap);<\/li>\n
  5. Harga satuan per BOS 1 peserta didik setiap tahun: SD Rp 900.000,-, SMP Rp 1.100.000,- SMA Rp 1.500.000, sedangkan untuk SMK tetap.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Kebijakan baru ini dilakukan untuk mempersingkat birokrasi penyaluran anggaran dan transfer langsung ke sekolah akan lebih cepat.<\/p>\n

    Mendukung kebijakan ini, Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu), Sri Mulyani Indrawati, mengatakan bahwa penyaluran Dana BOS dilakukan pemerintah pusat langsung ke sekolah penerima dengan skema by name, by address, dan by school account.<\/p>\n

    \u201cDana BOS ditransfer by name, by address, by school account, secara langsung ke sekolah,\u201d ujar Sri Mulyani, akhir bulan lalu di Jakarta.<\/p>\n

    Jelas dengan adanya perubahan ini, diperlukan penyesuaian dari tahun ke tahun pada pihak-pihak terkait, terutama sekolah sebagai penerima BOS tersebut.<\/p>\n

    Dalam Juknis BOS yang sekarang ini, berbeda dengan sebelumnya, pencairan Dana BOS dilakukan tiga tahap. Tahap pertama sebesar 30 persen, tahap dua 40 persen, dan tahap tiga sebesar 30 persen.<\/p>\n

    Adapun jalur prosesnya diawali dengan penetapan surat keputusan (SK) sekolah penerima dana BOS dilakukan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud), kemudian disusul dengan verifikasi oleh pemerintah provinsi lalu kabupaten\/ kota.<\/p>\n
