TOTABUANEWS, KOTAMOBAGU –\u00a0<\/strong>Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) tenaga honorer \u00a0Dinas Pendidikan Pemuda dan Olahraga (Dikpora) Kotamobagu bakal diberi sanksi tegas oleh pimpinan mereka jika selama 10 hari berturut – turut tak masuk kantor.<\/p>\n

Hal ini, \u00a0ditegaskan kepala Dikpora Kotamobagu, Dra Hj Rukmini Simbala, MPd ketika dihubungi totabuanews.com<\/a> Kamis (07\/01\/2016). \u201cTelah disampaikan kepada seluruh staf mulai dari honorer sampai PNS bahwa ada sanksi tegas yang akan diberlakukan jika tak masuk selama 10 hari,\u201d tegas Rukmini.<\/p>\n

Menurutnya, Sanksi yang diberikan kepada staf yakni, pemotongan Honor dan TPP. Bagi Honorer jika dalam satu bulan 10 hari tak masuk kantor atau tak ikut apel sore akan dipangkas honor mereka sampai 5 persen. ASN sanksinya \u00a0TPP dipotong juga 10 persen. \u201cKedua staf ASN dan honorer akan mendapat sanksi pemotongan, TPP dan gaji tenaga kerja,\u201d jelas Rumini.<\/p>\n

Ia meminta kepada seluruh staf agar diawal tahun 2016 ini, lebih memaksimalkan kinerja dalam perencanaan program kedepan. \u201cSaya minta bagi staf agar lebih meningkatkan kinrja pada awal tahun ini, dan taat pada aturan,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n
