TNews, Kotamobagu <\/strong>– Tim gabungan yang terdiri dari Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Kota Kotamobagu, Satuan Lalulintas (Satlantas) Polres Kotamobagu, Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Kotamobagu, dan Detasemen Polisi Militer Angkatan Darat (DENPOMAD) Sub Bolmong, menggelar sosialisasi terkait penertiban di beberapa area yang telah dijadikan kawasan Parkir Liar dan Terminal Bayangan. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Jalan Kartini dan Jalan Adampe Dolot, depan Toko Paris Supermarket, pada Kamis (18\/01\/2024).<\/p>\n

Anas Tungkagi, Kepala Dishub Kotamobagu, memberikan peringatan kepada petugas parkir ilegal agar tidak melakukan pemungutan biaya parkir di depan pertokoan sepanjang jalan Kartini.<\/p>\n

\u201dSaya tekankan pungutan biaya parkir yang dilakukan secara ilegal tidak dilindungi oleh aturan hukum dan akan dikenai sanksi tegas sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum perundang-undangan,\u201d ungkapnya.<\/p>\n

Tungkagi juga menghimbau sopir angkutan kota dan pedesaan untuk tidak menjadikan kawasan bebas lalulintas sebagai terminal bayangan. Hal ini dianggap mengganggu arus lalulintas dan meresahkan masyarakat. Dia menegaskan agar para sopir menggunakan terminal representatif yang telah disediakan oleh Pemerintah untuk mengambil penumpang.<\/p>\n

Kepala Bagian Operasi (KBO) Satlantas Polres Kotamobagu, IPDA Jufian Manoppo, menegaskan bahwa pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan berkendara akan dikenai tindakan tilang sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.<\/p>\n

\u201cKami berharap bahwa sosialisasi ini dapat menciptakan kedisiplinan dalam pengelolaan parkir dan meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap aturan lalu lintas di wilayah tersebut,\u201d tandasnya.<\/p>\n
