Caleg DPR RI Dapil Sumut II, Drs. Sokhiatulo Laoli, MM dari Partai Demokrat Nomor Urut 10 memberikan bantuan kepada para petani di Desa Laowo Hilimbaruzo, Kecamatan Idanogawo, Kabupaten Nias. Kamis, (08\/02\/2024).<\/p>\n<p>Bantuan itu merupakan pupuk organik cair (POC) yang terbuat dari hasil peraman air limbah cucian beras (Air Leri) yang dijadikan pupuk untuk menyuburkan tanaman.<\/p>\n<p>Sokhiatulo Laoli menjelaskan bahwa pupuk tersebut bermerek JAKABA singkatan dari Jamur Keberuntungan Abadi (JAKABA). Ianya sengaja mendistribusikan kepada warga sebagai contoh perdana untuk melihat hasilnya, apakah bagus atau tidak.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Tidak terlalu banyak yang bisa Saya distribusikan saat ini, hanya 100 jerigen dengan takaran dua liter. Jadi, kita coba dulu karena Jakaba ini pada umumnya digunakan dalam bentuk pupuk cair yang diaplikasikan ke bagian tanaman,&#8221; ucap Sokhiatulo.<\/p>\n<p>Menurutnya, pupuk cair ini sangat baik untuk mempercepat pertumbuhan tanaman yang kerdil, memperlancar umur tanaman dan mengatasi penyakit karena jakaba mengandung berbagai nutrisi dan mikroorganisme yang dapat meningkatkan kesuburan tanah secara optimal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Penggunaan Jakaba akan sangat menguntungkan petani di Kepulauan Nias di tengah masalah kelangkaan pupuk saat ini,&#8221; ujarnya kepada warga.<\/p>\n<p>Salah seorang warga yang berprofesi petani, Yanuari Waruwu bersama sejumlah warga lainnya sangat menyambut baik dan mengaku merasa senang serta berterima kasih dengan pemberian pupuk gratis ini.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Pupuk cair ini baru kami kenal dan mudah-mudahan bisa sangat terbantu para petani. Sebab, di desa-desa setempat tengah kesulitan mendapatkan pupuk.
