{"id":17704,"date":"2016-03-10T18:44:51","date_gmt":"2016-03-10T10:44:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuanews.com\/?p=17704"},"modified":"2016-03-10T18:44:51","modified_gmt":"2016-03-10T10:44:51","slug":"petugas-linmas-di-kotamobagu-dilatih","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/MEP%20Daftar%20Calon%20Ketua%20Golkar%20Sulut","title":{"rendered":"Petugas Linmas di Kotamobagu Dilatih"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>TOTABUANEWS, KOTAMOBAGU<\/strong> \u2014Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot), dalam hal ini Walikota Kotamobagu Ir Hj Tatong Bara membuka\u00a0\u00a0Kegiatan pelatihan deteksi dini penanganan keamanan ketentraman dan ketertiban masyarakat, secara resmi, yang berlangusng di aula Pemkot Kotamobagu, Kamis (10\/03\/2016).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Walikota dalam sambutan, mengatakan dalam pelatihan tersebut, ditujukan kepada seluruh linmas yang ada di wilayah Kota Kotamobagu (KK), agar dapat meningkatkan profesionalitas guna memberikan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat, di KK.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSaya memberikan apresiasi setinggi tingginya, bagi Satuan Polisi Pamong Paraja (Sat Pol-PP) dan Hansip yang menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dengan hal keamanan masyarakat. Juga petugas linmas ini sebagai garda terdepan untuk keamanan di wilayah Kotamobagu,\u201d ucap Walikota.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Walikota menegaskan, peran penting petugas linmas adalah, mendeteksi secara cepat dalam pemberian informasi masalah pelanggaran kamtibmas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cSampai saat ini, kotamobagu tidak ada gejolak yang berat dalam hal penanganan kamtibmas, karena bantuan dari bawah, terutama informasi dari linmas kepada petugas Kepolisian maupun TNI dalam penindakan cepat ancaman kriminalitas,\u201dujarnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tambahnya, dengan adanya sosialisasi pelatihan ini, para petugas linmas lebih memahami tentang tugas dan fungsi di masing-masing wilayah. Menurutnya, petugas linmas tidak hanya, menanggulangi ketertiban saja, namun linmas bisa juga menangani\u00a0\u00a0semua hal, seperti mengenai bantuan cepat tehadap bencana jika terjadi.\u201cDalam rangka bela Negara, linmas berperan penting dalan informan. Maka dari itu pos kamling linmas harus diaktifkan lagi, dan kedepannya di APBD Perubahan tahun ini, akan dianggarkan khusus untuk seragam baru bagi linmas, sehingga pelaksanaan Kantibmas dapat berjalan dengan baik,\u201d pungkasnya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diketetahui, turut hadir kegiatan tersebut diantaranya, Wakil Walikota Jainudi Dampolii, Kasat Pol-PP selaku pemateri, Dandim 1303 dan Kapolres Bolmong atau mewakili serta 300 peserta linmas se Kotamobagu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Gian
