Pada usia 17 tahun, Faiz telah berhasil memenangkan Juara 1 Lomba Business Innovation Competition di Universitas Surabaya dan meraih medali emas dalam kejuaraan Ju-Jitsu Koni tingkat Provinsi Jawa Timur.<\/p>\n<p>Berpartisipasi dalam Parlemen Remaja 2024 menjadi langkah selanjutnya bagi Faiz untuk terus menorehkan prestasi. Ia mengungkapkan bahwa motivasinya mengikuti ajang ini adalah untuk membanggakan orang-orang terdekatnya, terutama keluarga. \u201cMulai dari Papa, Mama, kakak, dan adik, mereka adalah alasan saya terus berusaha memberikan yang terbaik,\u201d ujar Faiz. Sebagai seorang perantau, Faiz selalu berusaha membawa cerita baru saat kembali ke rumah, di mana dukungan keluarga selalu menjadi kekuatan utamanya.<\/p>\n<p>Selain keluarga, pesantren tempat ia menimba ilmu juga berperan besar dalam perjalanan Faiz. Pesantren Teknologi Majapahit, yang baru berdiri dua tahun, telah menjadi rumah kedua baginya. Faiz mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh ustadz dan ustadzah yang terus mendukung dan membimbingnya selama berada di sana, khususnya kepada Ustadz Munif Farid Attamimi, Ustadz Idin Fasisaka, dan Ustadz Zulian Ade. Mereka menjadi sosok yang selalu memberikan dorongan, nasihat, dan dukungan dalam setiap langkah Faiz.<\/p>\n<p>Selama mengikuti Parlemen Remaja, Faiz mengaku pengalaman bersosialisasi dengan peserta dari seluruh Indonesia menjadi momen yang paling berkesan. \u201cSaya sadar bahwa yang hadir di sini adalah siswa-siswi terbaik dari Sabang sampai Merauke. Mereka membawa aspirasi dan cerita yang berbeda-beda dari setiap daerahnya, dan hal ini membuka wawasan saya tentang keberagaman Indonesia,\u201d jelas Faiz. Melalui interaksi ini, ia menyadari pentingnya memahami perbedaan dalam konteks positif maupun negatif, serta bagaimana perbedaan ini dapat menjadi kekuatan untuk bersatu.<\/p>\n<p>Faiz berharap generasi muda Indonesia dapat tumbuh menjadi individu yang tangguh, kreatif, dan berintegritas. Menurutnya, pendidikan harus dimanfaatkan sebagai alat untuk memperjuangkan keadilan sosial dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. \u201cJaga keberagaman, gotong royong, dan nasionalisme, tapi tetap berpikir global dengan berpijak pada kearifan lokal,\u201d tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk remaja Indonesia, Faiz memberikan pesan untuk memanfaatkan masa muda dengan hal-hal produktif. \u201cJangan habiskan waktu untuk hiburan yang berlebihan, apalagi pacaran. Masa remaja ini mahal, dan kalian akan menyadari betapa berharganya saat sudah dewasa nanti,\u201d pesannya.
