{"id":18027,"date":"2016-03-18T21:24:44","date_gmt":"2016-03-18T13:24:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/totabuanews.com\/?p=18027"},"modified":"2016-03-18T21:24:44","modified_gmt":"2016-03-18T13:24:44","slug":"deprov-hearing-dirlantas-polda-sulut-terkait-jalur-satu-arah","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/totabuan.news\/?p=18027","title":{"rendered":"Deprov Hearing Dirlantas Polda Sulut, Terkait Jalur Satu Arah"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>TOTABUANEWS, MANADO \u2013<\/strong>\u00a0 Dalam menindaklanjuti keluhan sopir angkutan kota dan masyarakat umum terkait pemberlakuan Jalur Satu Arah (Oneway Traffick), DPRD Sulut menggelar rapat dengar pendapat melibatkan stake holder terkait, Kamis (17\/3\/2016).<\/p>\n<p>Rapat gabungan Komisi 1 dan Komisi 3 dihadiri Direktur Lalulintas (Dirlantas) Polda Sulut AKBP Subandriya, Kepala Satuan Lalu Lintas (Kasat Lantas) Polresta Manado Kompol Roy Tambajong, perwakilan pemerintan, puluhan perwakilan sopir angkot dan masyarakat umum.<\/p>\n<p>Kasat Lantas Roy Tambajong yang mempresentasikan sistem Jalur Satu Arah (JSA) mengatakan, pemberlakukan JSA merupakan solusi mengatasi kemacetan lalulintas di Kota Manado.<\/p>\n<p>Rapat yang dipimpin Ketua Komisi III Ferdinand Mewengkang memutuskan memberi waktu selama tiga bulan kepada pemerintah dan pihak kepolisian melakukan kajian komprehensif sambil melakukan perbaikan infrastruktur penunjang JSA.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTiga bulan kedepan akan diambil kesimpulan apakah pemberlakuan jalur satu arah tetap dilanjutkan atau dikembalikan seperti semula. Kami minta pemerintah dan kepolisian melakukan kajian komprehensif sambil melakukan perbaikan infrastruktur,\u201d jelas Mewengkang.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>David Rumondor
