Hal ini sebagaimana disampaikan Kepala BKDD melalui Kepala Bidang Disiplin dan Penindakan, Muksan Kunsi saat bersua dengan wartawan, Rabu (30\/2) kemarin.<\/p>\n<p>Katanya, saat ini BKDD selaku pelaksana teknis tinggal menunggu Surat Keputusan (SK) tentang tahapan pelaksanaan. \u201cSaat ini sudah ada di meja Sekda. Tinggal ditandatangani. Yang pasti minggu ini tahapannya dimulai,\u201d sebut Muksan, kamarin. Dalam pelaksanaan seleksi jabatan tinggi pratama (Sekda) BKDD Bolsel bekerja sama dengan Badan Kepegawaian Negera (BKN) Regional XI Manado dan BKD Provinsi Sulut. Semua tahapan seleksi akan dilaksanakan di Bolsel dan digelar secara terbuka. Dia juga menjelaskan, untuk tim seleksi atau tim penguji diambil dari Kantor BKN Regional VI, BKD Provinsi, Inspektorat Provinsi, BPKP Provinsi, dan dari kalangan professional yaitu Sekretaris Kota (Sekkot) Kotamobagu, Tahlis Gallang. Dan untuk metode seleksi yang nantinya akan digunakan adalahassesment test\u00a0(Pengukuran Kompetensi).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPengukuran kompetensi terbagi atas dua yaitu kompetensi manajerial dan kompetensi bidang,\u201d jelas Muksan Kunsi. Di sisi lain, dia juga menjelaskan bagi bakal calon Sekda harus memenuhi beberapa persyaratan antara lain, syarat kompetensi jabatan seperti mempunyai kemampuan manajerial dan kepemimpinan yang baik; memahami regulasi di bidang pemerintahan dan administrasi pemerintah; mempunyai kemampuan komunikasi vertikal dan horizontal; mempunyai kemampuan arbitrase dan sanggup mengambil keputusan dengan cepat; mempunyai personality yang baik; mampu membangun kerjasama tim (team work).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSelain syarat kompetensi jabatan, juga ada beberapa persyaratan umum seperti kewarganegaraan dan ketaqwaan terhadap Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, usia, kualifikasi pendidikan dan beberapa syarat lain,\u201d ujarnya. Terinformasi, untuk jadwal pendaftaran akan dibuka mulai 1 April 2016 hingga 15 April 2016 (jadwal lihat tabel). \u201cSemua persiapan sudah rampung.
