Dalam sambutan Rukmini mengatakan, kegiatan festival dan lomba seni ini adalah bagian dari mengasah krearifitas anak didik untuk berkreasi dengan mengedenpakan sikap sportivitas dalam pengembenagan diri.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cKegiatan ini, juga berjenjang mulai dari tingkat Kabupaten Kota, Provinsi hingga Nasioanal, saya berharap untuk tahun ini akan lebih banyak lagi peserta yang sampai pada tingkat Nasioanal,\u201d kata Rukmini.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sementara itu, ditempat yang sama Kepala seksi Bidang kurikulum dan Kesiswaan memanambahkan, bahwa kegiatan tersebut turut melibatkan 400 sisiwa, dan untuk tahun ini sedikit berbeda, karena hanya tingkat SMP dan SD yang dilibatkan. \u201cUntuk tahun ini, peserta yang terlibat tidak sebanyak tahun kemarin, kalin ini SMA tidak ikut,\u201d kata Sartono kepada sejumlah awak media.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kegiatan festifal dan lomba seni ditahun ini, sedikit berbeda dengan tahun sebelumnya, selain hanya melibatkan tingkat SMP dan SD. Tahun ini, ketambahan seni yakni penampilan seni Tari Kabela. \u201cAkan tetapi, untuk lomba seni lokan masih dibatasi, karena terkendala dengan pendanaan. Namun, kedepanya \u00a0kami akan berusaha untuk menampilkan semua seni Daerah,\u201dtambahnya lagi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Diketahui, acara festival dan lomba seni yang digelar di Gedung Manggala Sport Hall turut juga dihadiri seluruh Kepala Sekolah SMP dan SD se Kota Kotamobagu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>Gian
